| Answer: | Yes, this is how I hooked up the one I purchased. It took a couple of tries to get the tv to recognize that it needed to send the audio out through the speaker however. I would suggest plugging the cable in to the speaker first and then in to the tv. Our tv didn’t recognize it when I plugged the cable in to the tv first and then to the speaker. Good luck! I will say the sound quality is good for the price, but the speaker is definitely only maybe half as loud as the tv speakers in our case. The difference for us is that our tv speakers are on the back. In movie mode, we can hear the voices better through the sound bar than the tv regardless of the audio mode on the tv. |

However, if I keep the output to TV speakers, the sound comes out clearly from both the sound bar via the optical connection and the TV speakers. So I just mute the TV and the soundbar works fine. |

| Answer: | I just replaced my ST 1080 Benq with the HT 4050. I bought it based on this: http://www.soundandvision.com/content/benq-ht4050-3d-dlp-projector-review#Pc4qlLjrKB3GcpWQ.97Projector is about 11 ft. from a 135 inch screen. Both projectors, when maxed out on zoom & focus work in the room, With the 4050 there's 2-3 inches of black around the picture. The 1080 will fill the screen, but the black border doesn't bother me, and I'm happy with the performance of the 4050. Overheating has not been a problem with either projector. |

Had I not added larger speakers to my 2 systems, I would have bought another pair and shoved them in the closet. I cannot tell you how good these speakers are. I have them cueently in my huge shop powered by an extremely powerful amplifier and pushing them beyond their limits, they are awesome.
