Question:	How to request stations that are missing
Answer:	The new radios play all the content as the old ones and more. If there is any station you listened to on the old radios that you can’t find on the new ones, contact Grace and they will assist you as some stations have moved either under internet radio or into the audio services folder.
Question:	Does it run streaming services natively? Pandora, iHeartRadio, spotify
Answer:	You currently cannot set presets on the app. You can set presets on the radio or via the included infra red remote control app. The presets are above the large knob . There are 10 presets. 1-5 then you press shift and the 5 buttons are preset 6-10. i.e. if you look a the close up image you will see P1 - P10 with P being short for preset. The 5 keys under the display are soft keys which means they change definition depending on the menu. They are typically to fast forward and rewind or skip / pause content but have other uses as well. The definition of what they do show up on the display above the buttons when there is a function associated with them. You can also register the radio to the Grace web portal where you can create a My stuff folder to save unlimited number of stations onto the radio.
Question:	How specific is the search function menu? For example, can you search for a specific progressive talk show host
Answer:	I chatted with Grace Digital earlier this week and they said "probably by next week" being the week of Feb 8. I'm less than optimistic of their prediction, considering the the Pandora roll-out for the Grace Link has been pushed multiple times since October of 2020. I'm sure it'll happen sooner or later---we're probably close.
Question:	Does it play fm hd radio in USA
Answer:	There is no built in speaker, it’s a tuner to connect the internet to a stereo or powered speakers. Grace makes other models with built in speakers like the Grace Mondo Elite Classic. So yes, you can hook speakers to it but they need to be powered speakers.

Answer:	This is not an AM radio, but it will pick up any broadcast station, AM or FM, that streams its content onto the internet, and there are thousands of such stations. The radio syncs with a web site that lets you search and scan for, listen to and save these stations as presets you can access from the front dial or remote. I have had this about 4 months and love it!

Answer:	Hi - I did not know the answer to your question until I tried it on my rig. I turned it on to confirm reception of a favorite station then I unplugged it to simulate a power outage. When I plugged it back in I was both surprised and delighted to see it come back up all by itself and start playing the same programming as though nothing had happened to the power. Question:	What is the Bluetooth range
Answer:	There are 3 classes of BT devices. The ranges are under 10m (Class3); 10m (Class2) and 100m (Class3). The range you get between two devices will be the range of the least powerful device. If that's a cell phone streaming music, expect less than ten meters. If it is a computer with a Class2 BT radio, expect a solid ten meters. But the only way you will get more than ten meters (30 feet) reliably, is if both devices are Class 3. And portable devices rarely are.
Question:	can i hook up my turmtable as well
Answer:	I have a question more than answer. My turntable is the rather cheap, ION LP mp3 converter, it has a built in preamp, has a pair of red white RCA output. BUT, WHEN I PLUG IT INTO THE #3 RCA PORT, AS INDICATED ON THE PRODUCT PAGE FOR TURNTABLE, the speakers have no sound. Now, my "speaker" is a Yamaha HS5 monitor, it's hooked to the OUT RCA port via a 1/4" jack at the back of the monitor. I suppose I'll have to use proper hi-fi speakers connected via the loose wire ports?
Question:	So can this fit a total of 4 100watt speakers at once OR 4 25watt speakers at most
Answer:	100 "X" multiplied by 4 = 400 watts max, and multiple speakers can be connected to single channels if you have a full understanding of OHM's and how the wattage changes with different connections, but a single speaker on each channel that matches up closely at least in OHM's and watts will sound best, but multiple 25watt speakers would be fine on a 100watt channel, and with 4-100watt channels that can be repeated if desired, but if that's done with high power low ohm speakers, they will over draw power and burn up the reciever/amplifier and all this information is found via browser search, or just go basic and match printed numbers and sound great and dont worry about it burning up because of something you did.

Answer:	There definitely is a subscription fee for Sirius. They have multiple plans available all at different fees. I suggest you look on the Sirius website. I dont think it is worth what they want.....I'm just going back to using my iPod.
Question:	Will i be able to connect my blue tooth earphones with the sangean wfr 28 internet radio
Answer:	It does not have built-in Bluetooth, however I was able to add a TaoTronics Wireless Portable Bluetooth Transmitter and it it works GREAT! For a few dollars more there is a TaoTronics Wireless Portable Bluetooth Transmitter/Receiver that looks nicer.

Answer:	My Sony PS-LX250H works very nicely with this receiver. There is no phono input. So I plugged the red and white RCA's into the SAT/CATV input jack.

Answer:	Dear Consumer, thanks for your question! Pls kindly noted that it doesn't work that way. The subwoofer acts like your echo studio. You pair a sound source device (phone, tablet, laptop,TV) to the subwoofer together with speakers to play sound from. Answer:	Yes. I used a single RCA Male to Male, then a Y adapter to go from RCA Female to 2 RCA Males. Works very well.
