Answer:	The center hole is just a tiny bit larger than the whole in a CD/DVD. I use an Avery applicator device which makes centering the labels a snap.

Answer:	Avery has downloadable templates for all their labels. You cannot do much creatively and I haven't tried. What I did and do is make my own template for the label in a desktop publishing program, Serif Page Plus. I can import just about anything into that program. You also have all the bells and whistles you could possibly want, gradients, 3 D etc. It also allows you to do artistic text as a vector object and bend the path any way I want. For labels it is much easier than Photoshop. Less of a battle.Another thing I do is find the album in Amazon, download the cover saved as a jpeg and insert it or import it into my template, size it and voila a CD label. Thanks Amazon. Chuck

Question:	How is the sound quality
Answer:	No you can pair into it as a blue tooth speaker but not out. You can plug in a blue tooth receiver to the headphone jack but you’ll loose some audio quality there.

Answer:	I really didn't notice that...it sounded like the "one" I played was ok...same with the "one" cassette I played...I was more interested in the playing 78 records I had and that didn't go too well....sent the original one back in 2 days as damaged...and that's the Tech's comment...then the replacement they sent...same problem with the phono process...sent it back the same day I received it....that's "O for 2". Mfg Tech said the answer should be turn the unit off...turn the traveling screw 1/4" clockwise, turn it back on and try...if that doesn't work, repeat the process but turn the screw 1/4" counter clockwise....did that 7 times, off, turn screw, turn unit on, etc. etc...no user should have to go through that process just to play a phonograph....as well as the directions stating "that screw is strictly for steading the turntable for shipping purposes...and ..has nothing to do with the operation of the unit".....apparently no told the Tech that. Very disappointed.
Question:	Is this really best gift for lover friend
Answer:	YES! You can either plug headphones into the 3.5mm headphone jack in the front of the unit OR use the RCA jacks in the back of the unit to use external powered speakers. I own the Edifier R1280T Powered Speakers and they work beautifully with my Victrola 8 in 1. Anyone who says you can't use external speakers does not deserve to listen to music!

Answer:	Yes, you can play your favorite cassettes and record them to a USB/FlashDrive. Note, if you want to have separate tracks, you will need to press record before and after each song; otherwise you will just have 1 long track that includes all songs on one side of the tape. Hopefully that answers your question! You can do the same to record to flashdrive from the radio or vinyl record. I have not tried recording from bluetooth or AUX to a flashdrive, but I imagine the process would be about the same.

Question:	does this convert cassette to mp3 files
Answer:	Yes, I just hooked this up to my Kenwood receiver and it sounds fantastic. Do not hook this up to the Phono input on your receiver as it will overload the pre-amp and it will sound absolutely terrible. That is more for a higher end record player. I recommend hooking up to the auxiliary inputs on your receiver if you have them. If you do not have auxiliary inputs then try any other input other then phono. I have my player hooked to the "tape" inputs. I am playing Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band and it sounds better then any CD I own, by far.

Answer:	In theory, yes, these allow leveling of speakers and audio equipment in fine increments (screw in and screw out of their base). However, in order to work with a turntable, the existing feet will likely need be removed. These spikes only "attach" via adhesive, so they need a nice flat section on the bottom of the turntable to adhere.
Question:	There are so many bad reviews, why are so many people having failures
Answer:	These spikes are great for most speakers, I would guess up to 60lbs each. great price for heavy duty spikes.
Question:	Is there a real wooden version of this cube available that could tolerate some weight
Answer:	I wouldn't think so, you would need something soft to absorb the vibration and level the speaker. I would try putting a folded towel under the speakers and see if that helps then find some feet made of rubber to place under the speakers.

Answer:	If you got that square looking jack on the back of your turntable it will work. I would say don't waist your money or time on copying vinyl to digital. Never comes out sounding good.

Question:	Will more than one album fit on the shelf
Answer:	Go get/order an 8 or 4 compartment shelf from IKEA for around $30 to $60. They are perfect for vinyl and super sturdy. All 8 comparents are 13x13. Why even bother with stuff like this... especially at these prices. Just a thought.

Q: I got a loud hum with T11.

A: At first, we have to clarify that all phono preamps have a certain of background noise. It won't be loud, while a little loud is normal. Besides, there are many factors.

• Reason A: T11 isn't connected to ground well.

  While the device is playing music, picking up the GND copper part of T11 with your fingers. If the background noise is much lower, then T11 isn’t connected to the ground. For this issue, we prepared a 3m wire in the package for you to solve it by yourself. Just use it to connect the GND with any large mental item in your home like windows or mental tables.

• Reason B: T11 doesn’t match with your amplifier well.

  Digital amplifiers cannot be connected to the ground directly, which may cause T11 much noise. For this issue, you can just set the T11 GND switch (on the back of it) to OFF. However, this will lead to bad noise from T11 itself as it is not connected to the ground. You can only choose the bearable way. That’s why we recommend using professional pure HiFi amplifiers (no Bluetooth will be better).

• Reason C: The RCA wire has a poor quality.

  A good RCA wire will be equipped with an anti-jamming magnetic ring, which can effectively reduce various interference.

• Little Bear T11 is a pure tube phono preamplifier working with MM cartridge turntables only. Please make sure your turntable is equipped with a PHONO signal output instead of a LINE output.
• Little Bear T11 is based on T10 with improvement. Compared to T10, T11 has lower background noise at normal volume. Its sound performance is better with increased liveness.
• Adopting a conventional active RIAA equalization phono stage circuit. There is 3 metal covers and 4 acrylic covers for those tubes. And you will be able to choose which type as you like.
