Answer:	I don't know if this helps since you asked the question a couple months ago, but if you read this and haven't bought one or another, then might be interested to know that my daughter hooked up her phone via Bluetooth to the iBT29BC while using Spotify. She put her song on pause, cut the alarm on. When the alarm went off, it un-paused her phone and continued playing the previously paused song through the alarm clock speaker. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I have had this system for 2 weeks without any connection issues. It operates in the 5GHz range for connection, so I would make sure that if you are running a 5GHz band on your Wifi router that you select a channel that does not interfere with it. I noticed the interference when I first set it up, changed my channel and bandwidth so it would not interfere, and has worked great since. Have not had issues with bluetooth either, but remember that bluetooth is a lower power signal, so it can loose connection when things block the line of sight. The components communicate with each other using the 5GHz signal, bluetooth is for connecting to devices (phone, echo, etc...).

Answer:	Wow!! A better question would be: When was this made? I bought one of these about the time I had the iPhone 4 (about 10 years ago). It is a good sounding unit and has both AM & FM, but AM has such poor sound anymore that it is hardly worth having (noise interference from all the electronic gadgets today). The iPhone connector is NOT the lightning connector of today, but the old iPhone connector. But to answer your question, I believe it is designed in the US, but it is definately made in China.
