Answer:	Yes, it will. The battery can be a back-up power source to work.

Answer:	To maintain a stable power source. We recommend to be plugged in. If you use it only with batteries. It won't work for a long time. You may have to change batteries very often. Since the LED light consumes batteries really fast.
Question:	Why my clock doesn't turn on until I touch it? Is it defective
Answer:	I have the same problem. The clock worked fine for about 2 months. Then the display went off. Reconnect the power cord would light up the display. But it went off in 20 sec. It comes back when I touch it, but will go off again in 20 sec. Following the Common Trouble Shooting Q&A, double press the "Down" button does NOT fix the problem. Reaching out to their support to figure out why.

Answer:	The one I purchased does not appear to offer the 24 hour "military time" or "Zulu" option which I would have preferred. The features that it does offer that made the clock acceptable for me are the super large digits and a switch on the rear of the clock that allows for changing back and forth between all USA and Canadian time zones without resetting the clock. There is also another switch that changes from standard to daylight saving and back.

Answer:	There’s a botton on the front of the clock. Just ouch it and it will dim. Some reviewers still think the dimmer is too bright. I don’t find it a problem

Answer:	The body of the clock is L - 8.25" x W - 3.4" x H - 4.4" and the height of the display/ numbers is 2"
Question:	Will the battery power the clock with the power out
Answer:	The battery is a back up that stores the time and alarm settings. If you loose power the battery does not power the clock, but once the power is restored the clock will read to correct time and your alarm will be set.

Answer:	I never had roaches. However, I had a horrific ant problem. So I am guessing that since most insecticides are aimed at both, it will take care of them also. You will have to give it a couple weeks to see progress. What I can say is that when I first installed these, as days went buy I saw fewer and fewer. Now I see none at all.

Answer:	No idea why your clock is losing time. I’ve had mine for 6 months and it keeps time perfectly. It also changed for day light savings time. Maybe you should check the batteries just in case your power is being interrupted. Ask for a return authorization, get a new one. Hope you have better luck next time.

Answer:	yes,,you can by pressing the TIME SET button once and the degree symbol will start to flash. During that time press the + or - tp select Celsius or Fahrenheit.

Answer:	It is atomic I believe. You set your time zone ( it is shipped already set to EST) If the power goes off it keeps the correct time for when the power comes back on but the alarm does not work during the actual power outage. I have not yet found one that does.
