Answer:	I read a review where it's claimed that the QC 35 Series II maximum noise reduction is rated at 20.8 dB. The Series I is rated to reduce by 25.2 dB. Answer:	Hi! I was able to connect The XM3 Headphones to my PC (windows 10) for music and my iphone 11 for calls simultaneously. When a call came in, music stopped and the headphones switched to the call. Unfortunately, it only worked for 5 minutes. When i downloaded the sony app it stopped working. I have tried everithing, disconecting one or the other, then connecting again, reseting the headphones to factory sertings, limiting device input connection to music only in my windows 10 PC. But no luck. The multi device conection is very important to me i may have to return them.... Anyone has been able to connect simultaneausly to pc windows 10 and iphone? Even is the connection is music onle and calls only respectively?

Answer:	How could you trust Sony to fix this issue? Sony's MDRX950BTs had the cracked headband issue too (2 months after purchase), and also refused to cover it under warranty for those headphones. Sony has trashed their brand by not controlling their support and warranty experience. Why would a consumer buy a $300 item to have it break within months and then be told it's not covered under warranty? There is absolutely no trust left for Sony in the headphone market. They have a terrible reputation, because they have provided parasitic level, negative value to their customers. What Sony has done with their headphone business in the past few years is unforgivable. They don't have a clue when it comes to CX, support, or brand control in their distribution channels. I can't wait for a headphone start up to blow these guys out of the sea of Japan.

Question:	Is it as easy to switch between devices as the QC
Answer:	You do not need to switch. I think people are trying to use these like the 35 headphones. Which is why the are getting frustrated. Unlike those, you are not forced to switch between devices. It will automatically remember the last 8 devices you paired with. And if the device you want to pair with is set up to connect with it, it will do so automatically. It even will stay connected with two devices at the same time. These are much “smarter” technology than the 35.
Question:	Can these connecto to a pc at call center? to be used with voip
Answer:	It will work, but probably not well. They have a problem that keeps them from working reliably on Zoom, Teams, or other video conferencing software when connected to Windows PCs or Macs. There is supposed to be a firmware update to fix this, but the first one that came out (1.4) caused worse problems, so they recalled it, and they have only promised a new version (1.5) but I haven't been able to actually find it anywhere as of Sept 13, 2020. Bose support is worse than useless. I'm giving up and returning them.
Question:	Are these going to be better than the QC
Answer:	I found these to sound better. It may be because the Noise Reduction is slightly better. I have the QC35's and the Sony wh-1000xm3's. I find the Bose 700's to be superior to both even if you consider the sound quality of these to be equal due to the other features. The multipoint bluetooth makes them more attractive than the Sony's. The passthrough is simply amazing. With the headphones on it sounds as if you're not wearing headphones. I no longer use any other headphones. If it's not raining I'll even take them outside because I can hear safely. I just received the Echo Buds and love them. They are my backup when it's raining (I live in Seattle).
