Answer:	Your laptop is like mine. It has an output for sound but a different one for mic. On mine I see a green plug and a red plug. The 1st one is for the sound and the 2nd for the mic. You'll need an adaptor such as "SmartEra 3.5mm Female to 2 Male Gold Plated Headphone Mic Audio Y Splitter Flat" which only 5$. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Since a Cabbage Patch Doll is 15-16 long and a American Girl is 18, it will fit height wise, but because they are about twice the width of an American girl, then it may hang off the sides a bit........... so it won't be a perfect fit, but it should work.

Answer:	There are pegs that the top bed fits on to. The beds cone apart by just lifting the top bed straight up. The top bed does not fall off of the pegs. My 3 year old can take them apart. I will warn you that the pegs can break if you are careless with them. My 7 year old takes great care of her things and my 3 year old is still a little rough. I would say the durability of this bed is more suited to the 7 year old. For under $30 I thought it was still a good buy for the younger one and if it did break I wouldn't be upset like I would have been if I purchased a real American girl bed for $100-200.

Answer:	Unfortunately, it's not a "slim" jack. I had to remove my case to use the headphones. I ended up using a different case (Spigen) that didn't cover the area around the 3.5mm jack. I think the headphones look and sound great. However, the jack—which is larger than that on the default Apple buds—was the biggest complaint I had. That said, it may or may not be an issue for you, depending on the case you have.

Answer:	It is odd that the plug employed has the four divisions, just like the ones used with microphones. It is also odd that in the illustration, they show what appears to be a microphone, but it is the 'splitter', instead. Why would they use the more expensive plug if there is no microphone? Showing the 'splitter' and letting one believe it is a microphone is deceptive, IMHO.
