Answer:	yes, just be careful with the alarm volume when you set it, it can hurt your ears

Answer:	I’m not sure why it does this... if you press and hold down button on right it will lower volume and vice versa for lowering the volume with left button but make sure to press and hold down otherwise it will fast forward or reverse

Answer:	You may have to turn one on and then figure out how to rename that one, then rename the next. I am not sure how to do that but I know it can be done. I found this online. Answer:	I don’t think they do.. I think what happens is the reception goes in and out when the battery is low. I love mine, battery last at least 3 weeks but I normally use mine for about an hour or so.

I still prefer them to the over ear QC15/25 because they are so compact and I can sleep with them in a plane. The over ear ones will transmit sound if you lean on them when trying to sleep in a plane. I find the "stethoscope sound" to not be an issue in everyday use.
