Answer:	Yes, you can use the same auto level upgrade as the ender 3 and pro. There is actually plugs on the new motherboard for both auto leveling and filament runout devices. But, in order to take advantage of this feature you will have to do a firmware update. There are several videos on YouTube describing this in detail.
Question:	Does manufacturer have a fix for the plastic Z-axis motor mount causing slight mis-alignment of Z-axis screw which puts screw in bind
Answer:	I'm not sure about the manufacturer having a cure but there are several outside manufacturers who offer a fix. Some approach the situation with new motor mounts and some with top stabilizing bearing mounts of the Z- axis. I chose the latter and very pleased with the results.

Question:	What is the cost of the software and what do I need
Answer:	You can get free software. I grbl is free to convert STL to GCODE. Anything that can generate a STL file will work.

Answer:	There are some basic clamps that use bolts placed in the t-track of the bed.

Question:	Is this too loud for someone living in an apartment? Is it quieter like a Dremel, or more like a more powerful power tool
Answer:	I have this in an apartment and I run it as part of a business. The noise level depends on what you are doing with it. When doing light engraving it's not too bad. However, when cutting/milling with a spiral up-cutting bit or doing a deeper v groove/engraving, it is quite loud and it is even louder now that I have the 20000 RPM spindle (highly recommended for proper feeds/speeds by the way). As Brian mentioned, the dust is an issue as well. To address both of these issues, I built an enclosure similar to the one by James Dean Designs; however mine is simpler and lined with pink insulation foam that I cut into sound foam with a larger V bit. This contains the dust and noise for the most part. I also had to put extra TPU feet under the machine inside the enclosure to dampen the vibrations. Even with these precautions I only run my PROVer during business hours for noise reasons. The only problem with the enclosure is that is makes it a bit difficult to reach the sockets in the back if you are going to be switching between and spindle and laser engraver. IF YOU BUILD AN ENCLOSURE BE SURE TO MOUNT THE EMERGENCY STOP BUTTON ON THE OUTSIDE.

Question:	rpm, 1:144, 2xx your speed, 165rpm, pen type structure. Is this "motion controller" variable speed? Or "soft start" type motor
Answer:	I have washed the round pillow insert on the gentle cycle in the washing machine a number of times and it has come through fine, although the deep brown has faded a bit. I would not wash the stretch formed shell that goes over the base in the washing machine, although I think it would be fine to hand wash, and drip dry. I have just periodically vacuumed the shell with a vacuum hose & brush attachment, and spot cleaned as needed.
Question:	Is this for the es120 or the es121? Just verifying as I need the es120 version
Answer:	I read all the previous answers and my measurements were the same as TJ's and Gypsy Dancer. I do have one thing to add. Turn the cat bed over, you will see a lip around the botter (similar to a fitted sheet), that goes around the upper platform so the bed is steady. One of my cats likes to lay on the upper platform without the bed. The other one lays in the bed near the window and watches the world go by. I hope between all the answers submitted you now have all the information that you needed.
Question:	Will standard 1/4 inch bits work with this tool
Answer:	The base is really wide and the post is really sturdy(I cannot grab it entirely with both of my hands). It is for sure stronger than any post I have ever seen. And it's really heavy, too. I have no idea what breed of cat you have, but I find it difficult for any one to knock it over.

Answer:	I have a 22 lb cat and as long as it's on carpet or on a small rug, it won't fall over. He climbs and jumps on it all the time. I've had 2 cats snuggle on it before as well. Answer:	No you didn't misread. It clearly says 2 pack. I had the same experience and received only one. After a couple of chats with Amazon customer service, returns & repurchases finally asked them to get their manager's authorization to send me the 2nd one as described. It was a pain but I'm very happy with the product. So are my cats. Good luck.
Question:	Can i use this standalone without an rpi, other board? just as a standard relay? give it 5v and the relay closes, take away 5v and the relay opens
Answer:	Yes, it is reversible. My cat loves this cat scratcher lounge bed. He does use it as both a scratching pad and a lounge bed. He tends to scratch each end on the outside edge so when it gets worn , I turn the outside to the inside (closest to the wall). When the new outside ends get ragged, I flip the whole scratcher over. It helps to make it last longer.

Answer:	Yes if it says two,pack you should have receiv d two. Just let amazon know and they will fix it. There is a different scratcher that only comes one in a box.

Question:	Do we need a laptop for this printer to work
Answer:	You will need some way to load gcode files into an SD card. When you have the file, the card is inserted into the machine and the object will be produced. For example you could download a file from Thingiverse at a public computer and produce it on your printer.
Question:	I recieved mine 2 days ago but the belts are dry rot and cracked and one broke. How do i contact them to get replacements
Answer:	I can't help you with this. If I were you, I would return it to the vendor. If the visible parts are damaged, there is a probability that there is hidden deteriation.

Answer:	anywhere from 1 hour to 8 hours. Much depends on the size and complexity of the figure. Depending on the software you use it will tell you how long it will take. Cura does that.

Tips about Levelling

If you happened to receive a severely bowed bed plate after unboxing, please reach our support team for a replacement. If it is a slight curve (±0.2mm), you could manage to fix it through the following steps.

• Adjust the bed step-by-step according to the User Manual (see page 20). If the central part is uneven while the corners are flat, please try to level the bed on each of the four corners meticulously.
• After finishing the steps on the manual, if it is still uneven, please try to print by adding raft in CURA.
