Regarding if you could hear it, that would really depend on how loud you listen to the SleepPhones® as well as how sensitive your ears are. We highly suggest listening to the product at a medium volume level as a high level could cause hearing damage if used for several hours. Question:	How do i troubleshoot when one side is much louder than the other side
Answer:	Hello Stephanie, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you've experienced! Please note the speakers are adjustable and can be moved to align over your ears. To do this, please place one hand on your forehead to hold the headband in place then take your other hand and scooch the speakers so they are placed over your ears. You also would be able to adjust the volume from the Bluetooth® module, which should increase it to a higher level. We would also suggest trying a different app as well. In regards to the headband staining the pillow, we would suggest not wearing the SleepPhones® with wet hair as this could cause damage to the internal components. Please note the headband is also machine washable! This is important to do from time to time to prevent the headband from stretching, which will also help to eliminate oils that may build up and weaken the polyester fibers. All you have to do is simply remove the speakers through the Velcro opening located in the back of the headband before washing. Machine wash warm. Tumble dry medium. Do not iron, bleach, or dry clean. Avoid fabric softener which reduces wicking. Insert the internal components when the band is dry. Since you are new to the products, please know that they come in the following three sizes: Small, Medium, and Large! You would not be able to pause the music. The product has one button and the single button controls all of the functions. VOLUME: Click the button on the SleepPhones®: ASMR Edition module to change the volume. Each click will increase or decrease the volume by 15%. NEXT SONG: Double-click the button to skip to the next song. TIMER: The default timer is 1 hour. To change the amount of time a song plays, a long click followed by a short click will advance the timer options. Each timer option would announce on the speakers. For example, you would hear, “2 hours until automatic power off.”
