Answer:	Yes. I have a VX4xxx series Polycom, and I don't even have to lift the handset. You should check your model # of your phone on the bottom, then look up compatibility lists of hardware.

Answer:	I use a Cisco 7962 and did not need any other parts. Make sure your phone has a dedicated headset jack on the back/bottom and you should be fine. On another note, I sent mine back and got a wired headset instead. While I prefer the wireless, you have a channel selector on the wireless set. Of the 8 channels available, I connected on 2, but the feedback was so bad, I couldn’t use it. Could just be a function of the building I’m in and doesn’t mean it won’t work for you, but just something to keep in mind.

Answer:	I purchased the b00q7ar69u, I believe the main difference is the active noise cancelation on both the sound output (speakers) and the input mic. These are a bit bulky, but the quality is quite superior to any unit I’ve tried in past.
