Question:	Can you use it with guitar amp
Answer:	Comfort wise these do NOT compare, AT labels them as over the ear but that only applies to kids and midgets. These press your ears against your head and will quickly cause discomfort. And in my opinion the 50X version sound very shrill, have very recessed mids, and have soundstage comparable to earbuds, overall unpleasant. Not worth the $100+ price tag. The senheisers are neutral and relaxed, some might desire more treble or bass but their purpose is balance. The sennheisers really shine in the mid-range, vocals really feel natural. The soundstage can very on models but overall great considering they are open back, instrument separation is very good. Overall they are worlds apart and can't really be compared as their purposes are very different. Consider other closed back headphones imo.

Answer:	Yes. I bought these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075M4TRWR/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 last December and they are in fact superior to the OEM pads. Wish I'd purchased them sooner. They turned my A-T headphones into true noise cancelling headphones! The pads are that tight sonicaly to my ears, without causing discomfort or excess ear sweating. Love these pads, and especially my A-T headphones!

Answer:	Headphones don't drain batteries. They just talked the juice from the headphone amp. I think with the agent of so many consumer grade headphones with noise cancellation or built in amplifiers we have a slew of people completely confused and misinformed with the basics of audio gear. Answer:	Not sure about the Inspiration Actives but I have the regular Monster Inspiration over-ear headphones and they are just as capable and impressive as my ath-m50x. The people who are commenting saying the 50x is so much better than the Inspirations are showing true ignorance. The sound stage is actually slightly better on the Inspirations. Monster makes a wide range of headphones not all of which are just Beats clones. For people who own headphones like the Inspirations, the HD558's, JBL S500's... you will be disappointed if you think the ath-m50x will blow you away.

Answer:	We only use these on a computer, so I'm not sure how they'll function with movement. I can see them maybe working on a brisk walk, but they might be shaky for a run.

Answer:	I just measured them & they're actually oval, not circular. Approx dimensions are 2.25 x 1.75, so they're more than 2" at the longest dimension. You could try them, but more than likely, won't fit. Perhaps Panasonic sells some?

Answer:	No, they don't come, but I suggest to buy a case just in case. If you don't want to, buy it without a case, those are durable headphones, but you never know if you'll need the case to carry them in a bag, back pack, carry on.
Question:	How does this compare to the ATH-M30? And how comfortable is it for extended hours of use
Answer:	I can only respond to the 2nd part of your question as I have not tried the ATH-M30, but the ATH M20X was (for me) extremely uncomfortable even after using for only a short period of time. This was due to the, IMO, excessive heat build-up which literally caused pools of sweat to collect inside the earpieces. I returned the headset after a few days.
Question:	are these good for big heads? i have trouble finding headphones that fit comfortably over my big head. also i wear glasses if that helps
Answer:	They are pretty tight on the head, and they go over the ear, so if you're wearing glasses the soft part will push on your frames. I can't wear my glasses with them because I find it too uncomfortable. It might be better to look at on ear, rather than around ear headphones.That said, I've been able to loosen the headphones a lot by bending the the metal headband. If you're not afraid to do that with $50 then you might be able to get them to a comfortable "clamp" amount, haha.
Question:	Are these noise-canceling enough to wear on a plane and not hear the plane noise
Answer:	They do NOT have electronic noise canceling. They are over the ear. The cups absorb outside sound but not enough that would be considered "noise cancelling". They're mainly for DJ's, home, and professional studio producers who use them because electronic "Noise Cancelling" tech interferes with recordings.

Answer:	Comes with Power Cables and XLR Cables. These do not plug directly into your PC. You will need an Audio Interface, and the corresponding cables. For example, I use the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 with 1/4" cables.
