Answer:	I have small ears and they fit pretty much exactly like the typical wired Apple earbuds. They are not amazingly comfortable and require some adjusting from time to time, especially if you talk/smile a lot while wearing them... but they do fit. If you want something that will really stay put, I'd recommend getting the kind that have the little silicone cup attachment for noise cancelling. Those have a little suction to help them stay put.

Question:	Do these come with the clip? I’ve ordered them twice and neither have come with the clip
Answer:	Not too sure as I don’t wear glasses but when I was on a plane I wore the earpiece over the string of my mask and it was kind of loose, but if your just sitting or on a train ride or bus ride it should be fine. Not sure if it could be adjusted but it did come with ear loops which look like small black rubber bands which is meant to make them fit tighter so it may help.

Answer:	more than likely, I'd be more concerned with how far away is the transmitting towers away from you and if they are transmitting all your local channels. I'm 70 miles away from Daytona (63 channels) , 90 miles from Orlando (70 channels ) , 110 miles to Tampa (35 channels ) and 60 miles from Gainesville (48 channels ) . Orlando & Daytona are the 2 I can get ABC, NBC , CBS , and FOX. Gainesville I miss out CBS , Tampa I miss out CBS and FOX

Answer:	It should light up when everything is hooked up and plugged into a working outlet. When I hooked mine up the light didn't come on either , but I checked the outside GFI outlet plug and had to reset the plug , once the plug was working the light came on.

Answer:	I am not sure of exact dim's but it is about 3 feet by 2 feet , it works as well if not better than my old smaller antenna getting 30% more channels

Answer:	The amplifier is located at the antenna and is fed by power along the coax. Either the power supply or the amp can go bad. It's possible the amp is heat sensitive and might work better in the winter. If you take the amp apart, it has a balun (the little loops of wire around the donut shaped object). The balun is needed to convert unbalanced coax to balanced yagi elements. You could bypass the rest of the amp downstream from the balun and link the balun outputs directly to the coax. Not responsible for the consequences of your trying this. Then use an amp downstairs at the tv. It won't give as good a result, because the amp should be as close as possible to the antenna. The bottom line is that if this type of antenna doesn't work reliably, it's probably time to get a different brand. I think the company had some literature in the box requesting that you contact them directly with questions and issues, so you might want to correspond with them about the problem. Good luck.

• Rip off the film before putting it into the charging case for charging.
• First, make sure the charging case got enough power, and then put earbuds in right position (do not put them at reverse position), finally confirm light flash

Answer:	From what I've experienced, they only stay red until fully charged in pod.
Question:	I cannot use them in stereo mode: it does not sync as the instructions in the manual describes. the product is not listed in the company's website
Answer:	I was having the same problem until I put them back in the case, left them there for 2-3 seconds. I take them out together and hold one in each hand about 2-3 inches apart and wait for the lights to change color a couple of times (see manual (it's a little confusing what it says in the manual so I just wait until it seems like the color changes have gone through their cycle)). They won't reset to stereo if you already have them in your ears and think that turning both off and back on will work. They may change to stereo after you put them in your ears but I have had better success at holding them near each other once out of the charging case and before putting them in my ears.

Answer:	Okay, so the answer I’m about to give might sound a little strange. They way I find my lost earbuds is that I find a bass boosted/ ear r*ape video, crank it up to full volume, and just listen for the earbud. You’ll have to put the other earbud away to use this method
