Answer:	The Roomba has a clearance of 5/8" and can transition up to 1/2" thresholds and rugs.

Answer:	The Roomba e5 has 5/8" clearance and should be able to transition up to 1/2 thresholds, rugs and difference in floor height. It does help if the change is subtle rather than a hard edge.

Answer:	The design of the brushes is to help keep hair from getting tangled on them. We do suggest maintaining the robot and cleaning the brushes and the core robot weekly.

Answer:	I know a coworker that has this one that has 4 dogs and 2 cats that has this one and they raved just as much as I did. The 960 seems similar just comes with a wall barrier and extra items. The wall barrier is if you don’t want it to go in a certain area. I honestly put a laundry basket where I don’t want it to go to save money. I will replace cleaning items but not for a couple months. Either one will be great. Rugs...sometimes they get stuck on the small ones but large ones are fine. It goes right up. Small ones just sometimes it goes under for Some reason. Answer:	I don't see why not. The Braava uses so little water, even on the dampest mode, I doubt it would do any harm.
Question:	Can you purchase "invisible walls" to stop it from falling down a step
Answer:	It has a lighthouse mode that you can use to create an invisible wall and is also supposed to detect if it goes onto carpet and then turn around, but I have caught mine going off-roading a few times and deciding to leave the kitchen to wander into my living room. I know it happens near the end of its cleaning session in the kitchen so I keep a closer watch at that point.
Question:	Will it clean dried pet urine
Answer:	No — this machine does not “clean” effectively — as other have said, it will simply end up pushing the urine all around this leaving your floor dirtier than it was before. The Roomba is a good machine but this is just garbage.
Question:	Will it run on a schedule? Or start automatically on a schedule? Will it return to its charging station on its own
Answer:	Ignore these two users. If you use the app on your phone you can schedule the robot to perform specific tasks throughout the week, although you will need to make sure you install the correct pad for sweeping or for mopping, and then make sure the tank is filled before you attempt to mop. And it will automatically return to its own charging station, which it does in fact have.

Answer:	It does not scratch wood floors and transitions great to carpet without any problems.

Answer:	My Sharks are fairly new, so I have not had to buy one, but I would imagine you can find them on Amazon or a Battery Bulb store. Amazon is good about caring the parts and stuff you need for what you buy from them

Answer:	No I will run with or without wifi. The benefit of wifi is you can control it from your phone, but it’s not necessary.

Question:	Does this work with rugs that have Black Lines? The roomba would quit thinking it was an edge/cliff
Answer:	I don't have any black lines, so have not encountered this. The deebot goes from carpet to wood to tile easily and stops at steps. It also seems to be suspicious of feet placed in it's path and it did seem to develop an odd attraction to my sister-in-law. But everybody loves her anyway so it didn't seem too serious.
Question:	How good is this on thicker carpet
Answer:	cleans the textured cut pile in my family room really well, but it had trouble getting back onto its dock with its swiveling docking action, so I bought a Roomba 890 for that room, and moved this one upstairs where it's just standard builder special cut pile and it works fine. The beater brush also skips sometimes and leaves a washboard carpet look.
