Answer:	I've got small ears. They don't fit to tight or too lose. Once you choose the right buds, the hooks shouldn't be a problem.

Answer:	Ok I know this is a really silly question, and everyone is rolling their eyes at you, but I have a protip. Cord goes behind your head, then hook the 2 earpieces together, then bend the silicone earpieces back and catch them on their own buds. Do it on both sides and it kind of "locks" them into each other (that or you know, pockets). I actually usually have a bandana on so I'll hook one side into the bandana real good and just keep one earbud in so I can hear if traffic is coming, but you can take the other one out and hook it to the bandana too.

Question:	How do the Sport Buds compare to the original Swim Buds
Answer:	I'm not really sure if you're outside the period of time that you can return it to amazon or are out of warranty. I would try contacting the vendor through the Amazon site information for that item. You can ask Amazon if you're not sure how to find it. To troubleshoot why this may be happening clean the connection of the player where it fits into the earphone band. Then very carefully straighten out the wires looking for any kinks pressing gently. Push the cord gently into the band just in case they may have started pulling away. Also make sure that you are running the player on a full charge. for some reason MP3 players start losing sound on one side of the other when they're losing battery charge. I had a pair that the sound quit working on one side and I had twisted the cord on that side. When taking these off make sure you take them off by the hard band after you remove the earbuds from your ears. Do not pull on these cords. They are very delicate.
Question:	While swimming lanes is the audio quality good enough to listen to audio books? My current pair (bone conducting) are not
Answer:	Yes, drag and drop. Very easy to load music.

Answer:	I connect my shuffle (with the buds plugged in of course) to the back of my goggles and they are long enough to go in my ears with maybe an inch or two leeway and for two years I have never had a problem or had to adjust during my swim or anything. They also come with a connector wire to make them longer if you need them to be longer.
Question:	will case hold shuffle 5th generation
Answer:	I bought mine in...November of 2014, I think. Within a couple of months, the sound had degraded in one side. The manufacturer replaced them at no charge, but within about 8 months, the second pair was doing the same thing. I switched back to the first pair, almost as a lark, and the sound had actually improved a little bit. That lasted a month or two, and now I get a strange electronic warble in the dying/dead side. These were always used with a bit of petroleum jelly to enhance the seal, and I don't do flip turns, nor do I take them below about 2 feet.This would be, in my view, a great but overpriced short term product.
Question:	Can I use my own ear plugs and how long are they ear plugs? I want to attach to swim suit not a cap
Answer:	The ipod shuffle has a built-in clip on the back so the shuffle can be clipped to almost anything you wear while swimming! As many other people have mentioned, most find it convenient to clip the ipod to their goggle straps behind their head. Answer:	Yes, I use mine at work. One at a time. I will have the left one in for 5 hours then I switch and put the right one in for the next 3 hours.
Question:	What is the max operating range (footage) between the earbuds and phone
Answer:	This device has been developed using the newest BLE5.0 chipset. Original long-standing Bluetooth range was roughly maxed at 50 meters. However, the introduction of BLE4.1 chipset multiplied the original range x10 giving it an effective connection up to 500 meters. The BLE5.0 chipset then took that range and multiplied it x4 giving any BLE5.0 product the new long-distance ability of 2,000 meters or what they desired to reach which was 6,000 feet.
