I cancelled the pairing on the device and turned off the Bluetooth, long press the button on earbud to turn off it then hold on 8 seconds to reset the Bluetooth connection. Put the earbuds back in the case, close the case. Turn the Bluetooth back on. Take the earbuds and they will get reconnected automatically.

Question:	My left earbud does not work, is there any way to recover it
Answer:	You could try the reset and reconnect the earbuds with your device, the steps is as followed: 1. Remove the two earphones from the charging case and long press the touch button for 5 seconds to turn off the power manually. 2. Then long press the left and right earphone at the same time for 8 seconds, the blue light of the left and right earphone flashes twice, reset successfully. 3. put the earphones into the charging case, take it out again, the left and right earphone will automatically enter pairing mode, wait a few seconds, pairing successfully, at this time one earphone blue light flashes fast, the other earphone blue light flashes once every 6 seconds.

Answer:	each headphone can be paired to a separate device. I don't know if you can be paired to 2 separate devices at the same time, but the question would be why? you cannot listen to audio from 2 sources at the same time

Answer:	I find these more secure than the galaxy buds since they have the wing. Sound quality for these are a little better than the galaxy buds in my opinion. I know a fair amount of people have had issues with connecting the Galaxy buds, however I never had any issues. Ive also had no connection issues with the monster buds. Overall, I would recommend these over the Galaxy buds.
