Question:	Can they be used in water
Answer:	According to the company, the IPX7 waterproof rating means they dunked the headphones briefly in water. They are NOT meant for submission in water (which is why i bought them, to save my $199 Beats, which are MORE water resistant than these are.) The quality is good (but not $199 good, of course) and while the packaging was impressive (3 ear tip types, a car charger, a lightning charger (which I could not get to work with the headphones,) a small 1' USB micro charger, and a carrying case, in a hard box similar to an Apple product) I cannot rate this product higher than a 1, since it did not fulfill the function I thought I was purchasing it for. If I just wanted headphones, I'd totally be down with these - but since they claimed they are waterproof and came up under the #swimming tag, I have to rate them 1. :-( BTW, I contacted them with the question, are these waterproof? and they responded with the above information. Answer:	Make sure your Bluetooth is turned to on your device, phone, iPad or whatever. Hold power button on buds until blinks red & blue at same time. Watch close it is easy to miss that blinking part. Don’t keep holding button when u see blinking. It should keep blinking while it is pairing. Your device will show the name of buds on it and ask to pair. Click pair & give it a sec. . Once it is paired every time you turn on your buds it will automatically pair again. Don’t turn off Bluetooth. Hope this helps!

Question:	Description says "w/mic". Where's the mic, and how effective is it
Answer:	It's in the right headphone (the one with the power and volume buttons). There's a little teeny-tiny hole next to the ear piece. That is the "mic". I've had no issues with it at all. I'm currently in a ldr and we are constantly on a video call together, and I use these headphones. At times, he would have trouble hearing me when I put the right headphone in my ear, so I just leave that one hanging and it sits on my..."chest" lol and works extremely well that way. I like to have one out of one of my ears anyway, so I am aware of what is going on around me. lol He uses the same ones and I hear him just fine. Never an issue. In fact, we both have 2 sets, so we can continue to use one set, while the other is charging. I love them and buy them as gifts for other people, every chance I get!

Answer:	Ok I know this is a really silly question, and everyone is rolling their eyes at you, but I have a protip. Cord goes behind your head, then hook the 2 earpieces together, then bend the silicone earpieces back and catch them on their own buds. Do it on both sides and it kind of "locks" them into each other (that or you know, pockets). I actually usually have a bandana on so I'll hook one side into the bandana real good and just keep one earbud in so I can hear if traffic is coming, but you can take the other one out and hook it to the bandana too.

Answer:	Yes, the on-off button is on the right earphone (where the volume controls are) and where the Treblab logo is. Please press and hold that for about 3-4 seconds and you should hear a voice that tells you if the unit is turned on or off.
Question:	My earbud tips fell off. Can i get/buy new ones
Answer:	Very good. The sound in the headphones in clear and even when the phone is not in hand (while walking around the room or something) both parties have good sound. My husband cannot put them on the highest volume because of how loud and clear the sound is. The quality truly is worth it. Actually buying a second pair for myself. (Hope that answered your question, if you have any others don't hesitate to ask!)
Question:	how do you engage the noise cancelling function for airplane use
Answer:	These do not have active noise cancelling. They have passive noise isolation. Which is pretty good. I wear earplugs while traveling by airplane and working in the office and these headphones are about halfway as good as a real in-ear-canal earplug. So if you're without earplugs, you can put these on to dim the external sounds for some peace.
Question:	Can you change songs through the buttons located on the bluetooth headphones

Answer:	I have had no problems with it! I have spoken to my dad and mom both in their late 50’s with bad hearing. I’ve also spoken to my grandmother who can’t usually hear and she heard me fine! These are honestly some of my favorite headphones I’ve purchased. The only time I’ve had any issues it was the phones signal not my headphones microphone that was having issues.
Question:	I do cross training/kickboxing workouts, burpees, jumping, running, etc. Will these fall out of my ear
Answer:	my ear buds stopped working after only uses 2x. I am very disappointed and would like them replace or refund. they will not hold a charge once unplugged from charger they go dead again not light nothing and I charged for 24hrs.

Answer:	I don't believe these have noise cancelling, just noise reduction which seems to be marketed any time the headphone securely fills your ear canal or surrounds your ear with a foam cushion. That said, these do fit securely in your ear and stay put better than others where the piece outside of the headphone fits inside your outer ear area and not around the outside of it.
