Answer:	I use them for swimming. I often swim along the bottom of the pool (about 5 feet deep) and that work great. They keep the water out of my ears and the music plays.

Question:	How secure is the fit? I have always had problems getting earbud style headphones to stay in my ears
Answer:	Get the Cloudfoam tips for an extra $10. These make for excellent fit and make the sound great. Also, don’t just push the earbuds in. Push in and then twist towards the back/inside of your ear. And use the optional little rubber lining that come with the earbuds. Then, you’ll have a more secure fit. Now that said, I’ve only used these while sitting at my desk and walking, but they feel like they’re not going anywhere.
Question:	Do the earbuds have latency while watching videos
Answer:	For listening to just music, the sound is fine. But watching videos with the latency of like (I'm guessing here) .25 seconds, it get's noticeable and annoying to watch. On some videos, there's just a slight delay of someone's mouth moving and sound catching up with it. On other videos, the mouth has already finished a word and starting the next word and the sound is just playing the first word. I bought this to listen to music and watch videos but I guess I'll just be using it for music since it's cheap.
Question:	Can I use it with only one earbud at a time
Answer:	To expand on the previous reply, the answer is "yes, but." The right earbud is the bud that receives the Bluetooth signal from your source. It then retransmits the signal to the left bud. So, if you want to use only the right bud and keep the left bud in its charging case, that will work fine as long as you stay within Bluetooth range of your source. But if you want to use only the left bud, you have to keep the right bud out of the case, turned on and within range of both your source and the left bud. If you put the right bud in its case, it will automagically turn off, cutting off the signal to the left bud.

Question:	I am unable to get itunes songs to play after i transfer them - if a purchase the songs again from amamzon music, they play fine - is there a fix
Answer:	It may be due to the file format of the song. Apple’s digital store uses AAC which is not supported by the earphones. Amazon uses MP3 which is supported. You could try converting your Apple/iTunes files to MP3. In theory (I have not tried this) you can do this in iTunes by going into the advanced Preferences and selecting MP3 as the output format instead of AAC, then doing File > Convert to MP3.
Question:	Is there something one needs to do to get the bluetooth to work while swimming? It works on land but not while in the water
Answer:	It doesn't work while in the water at all. It has that information buried somewhere in a description but doesn't say that on the sales page (unless they updated it). None of the Bluetooth waterproof headsets work in the water and most of them say it plainly but this product does not. I returned mine and got a AGPTEK S12 which has a better battery life.

Answer:	I've been to the bottom of a 6 foot deep pool and didn't have a problem with them I don't know that I would go much deeper with them, I wouldn't wear them scuba diving. as far as how long can you have them on?? I think the battery life is about 6 hours. I love them because I can put them on at te Gym, do a work out then hit the Jacuzzi, the steam room and the pool and never have to worry about them.

Question:	Are these going to fit okay if you’re a little lady who finds “one size” hats way too big
Answer:	I wouldn’t say they are big. My head is average but I felt like I have to max out (or close to it) the adjustment to fit. They slide up and down on the earphones and also have 2 ‘bands’ to make the headset fit tighter or looser.

Answer:	I use this for audiobooks. I had a little trouble loading the whole gigantic audiobook file in, so I used a free open source program called OpenAudible to convert to mp3 and split into chapters. Then I stuck chapter numbers on the front of each filename (01 Chapter One so-and-so, 02 so-and-so...) as suggested by Underwater Audio, then I loaded the chapters into the MP3 player one by one in order, now everything works fine.
Question:	Is anyone else having problems turning this walkman on and off, plus it will suddenly go into "zap mode" which is very annoying--I use this for walking/jogging in the water so it's hard to have to mess around with it in the middle of the pool
Answer:	No they are not blue tooth, but they have a short wire so that when you clip the device on your bathing suit they don't get in the way. They also offer an extension to the ear phones so that you can make them longer so you can clip the device to your pants and still reach your ears. I do love these as I swim with them, but I have a very difficult time figuring out which earbuds fits well. They do come in with a multitude of sizes to choose from, so I guess I'll get it right sooner of later.

Answer:	The HJE125 have a better frequency response (10Hz-24kHz) than the HJE120 (20Hz-20kHz). People love both pairs, but those who have heard both tend to notice a significant improvement in the RP-HJE125, specifically noting the overall clarity, vividness of the bass response, and better sound isolation. Answer:	They aren't noise cancelling as such, but I find that they are such a good fit in my ears that they isolate me from other noise.

Answer:	I don’t know about this specific issue, but it sounds like they’re already paired with a device. Typically holding down the power button until the light starts alternating red-blue will let you pair it.

Answer:	No...you can still hear things around you. These don't get super loud since they are kid safe. As a result, you can hear stuff going on nearby. Good headphones, though. My son used his for lab at school for two school years. At the end of the second year, one earcup stopped working. Longest lasting so far for my 8-year old. Added bonus is that they look really cool, too.

Answer:	I had this same issue I had to increase the volume on the headphones not by the phone command then it was great
Question:	What type of connection does the charging cable need
Answer:	According to their video on jlabgo, "It is crucial that you use a use 5.0 volt 1A adaptor". This is a standard Apple charger. The device doesn't have the ability to regulate power (like an Apple product does) so my android chargers caused charging problems. I realized this when I was troubleshooting why I had about a 1 hour battery life. I'm currently charging to see if I fried the battery.

Question:	Do these come with the clip? I’ve ordered them twice and neither have come with the clip
Answer:	Not too sure as I don’t wear glasses but when I was on a plane I wore the earpiece over the string of my mask and it was kind of loose, but if your just sitting or on a train ride or bus ride it should be fine. Not sure if it could be adjusted but it did come with ear loops which look like small black rubber bands which is meant to make them fit tighter so it may help.
