Answer:	I did a test with my wife wearing the headphones in another room and me standing next to the TV with a football game on at a moderate volume (loud enough that it could clearly be heard anywhere in the room, but not so loud you had to scream to be heard) and she could hear me clearly and couldn't hear the game at all. I would imagine a semi truck with the doors closed and windows up would still be louder than the TV was, but would probably still handle it well. These bar none are the best headphones I have owed.

Answer:	I purchased the b00q7ar69u, I believe the main difference is the active noise cancelation on both the sound output (speakers) and the input mic. These are a bit bulky, but the quality is quite superior to any unit I’ve tried in past.

Answer:	Yes you should charge the headset prior to usage. A couple of noteworthy aspects about this headset.1) If you connect the headset to the USB dongle it will stayed charged as long as the USB dongle connected to your PC. 2) If you connect the headset to your smartphone device it will continue to operate and function as normal as long as your smartphone device is "on"3) The batteries only impact the "active noise canceling" feature. When this feature is turned ON the operational of this feature to runs on the internal rechargeable batteries up to 24 hours.
