Answer:	This actually doesn't even come with the facial epilator. It just comes with epilator itself with its 2 heads, a brush, a charger and a bag. You can buy the facial epilator separately where you can find it on amazon somewhere. Answer:	I use it from lip to toe with just the basic white adapter. The most important thing is to be able to stretch out and pull the skin taught so there are no pinches. I brace a hand up high on the wall next to my bathroom mirror to stretch the skin, then epilate with the other hand. This way, I am leaned close to the wall mirror and can use it as a basic guide. The built-in light is SUPER useful for underarms. I love this thing. I'll never go back to a razor.

Answer:	Yep. I'm a swimmer, so bikini was my primary interest when I got it, but I use it from lip to toe with just the basic white adapter now. Start with your legs so you can learn the mechanics before you get to the bikini area. For bikini, the most important thing is to stretch out comfortably (I lay on my bed in frog pose) and pull the skin taught so there are no pinches. This also lessens the epilation pain dramatically. Bikini is more sensitive than the rest, so maintenance is key. It gets easier and less painful super fast. I did it in stages the first time, bringing the bikini line narrower by maybe 1/4 inch at a time, spaced out over two weeks. For me it helped to roll from the thigh inward just until I barely reached a new area (YOU'LL KNOW), and then roll back in the opposite direction of the growth for greater removal -- I think it helped diminish the sensation from pain to minor discomfort. Answer:	My GF is asian (japanese/hawaiian) and she uses (not this model but very similar) epilator for her legs and "down there" area. Not her face thou. I don't know what she uses for her face (if anything). But she keeps herself completely hairless "down there" front and rear. I asked her if it hurts her and she says she feels almost nothing. She puts rubbing alcohol on her skin first and wipes that off. I also (i'm a guy) use an epilator for such brazilian front and back mowing. Men have heavier hair and it hurts at first and I get hair bumps. She NEVER gets hair bumps. Be VERY careful using ANY epilator on your face. Test different areas and only a small area first.

Answer:	No, but it charges quickly. As soon as I'm done I plug it in for about 30-60 minutes and it seems to keep its charge.

Answer:	yes, but at a price. My epilator head stopped working just a year after I bought it. I checked their website and a replacement epilator head is $108! I also checked for a new pumice head and it was over $20. I am so sad that I invested this much money in. a product that didn't last.

Answer:	This should not happen. If there is no hair in the follicle, it can’t become ingrown. The IPl cannot be used on red, very blonde, grey or white hair. The device is not effective on these hair colors. Also, it will not work on dark brown or black spots such as freckles, birthmarks, moles or warts in the treatment area. If you experienced any kind of skin reaction or sensitivity while using the IPL, we recommend you do not expose yourself to the sun as the condition could be aggravated. If in doubt, please consult a dermatologist. We recommend you test your skin for reaction to Braun Silk-expert IPL on a small area of skin on the body part you plan to treat. Wait 48 hours to examine the test area. If the skin appears normal after 48 hours, begin your first treatment.
