How to use it on PS4?

1. Please test it with your cell-phone before apply the headset on your PS4, to make sure it works well.

2. Insert the headset with 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad

3. Then long press the PS4 button or enter the System Settings, there is a peripheral machines choose "Adjust Sound and Devices", "Output to the headphones", then change it to "All audio". If you have the audio on the "All Audio" setting you can, but if it's set to "Chat Audio" you can only hear form the side with the mic.

I moved slider to “85 decibels as loud as heavy traffic” and this was perfect for me. Ok to thumbs up and move this to top Android has the same setting but different menu system, so look for it. Answer:	Hi Customer, Here are some directions: 1. Note that the USB jack is designed for lighting up the headset only. To make the audio work, you'll need to plug in the analogue jacks. 2. If your computer contains mic and audio separate jacks, make sure the 2 in 1 splitter is plugged into the correct jack respectively. If your computer only contains one jack, the 2 in 1 splitter needs to be disconnected. 3. Also don't forget to switch off the mute button on the audio cable. : ) And also try to turn off all the devices and restart again to see if it makes a difference. Question:	Is it suitable wearing it for a long time
Answer:	I think so. I bought some headsets before, but this one is the most comfortable. When I first get them they are snug, but gradually loosen up after using for a period of time. Now I wear them all the day at weekends and they don't hurt. If you wanna a comfortable gaming headset, I would recommend this one.
Question:	Is there anyone who has owned this headset for about a month or so still happy with it? Is the wire and overall quality still up to your satisfaction
Answer:	I've owned for several months, and am still very happy with it. Mic quality is still great, my D2 clan mates are very pleased with it's performance, especially compared to my previous headset, lol. The wire is actually a bit long for my taste, not sure why 6ft is necessary, but I haven't had any issues with it. The headset can feel a bit heavy after long play sessions, but it's super cushy, so that helps. I shave my head, so most headsets end up digging into my scalp and becoming very uncomfortable after only a short period of time, but this one stays comfy even after several straight hours of playtime. Sound quality is GREAT. On par with much more expensive Turtle Beach headsets that I've owned in the past.

Answer:	I got this headset at the beginning of the year, and have been using it on 2 phones constantly since then (iPhone 6 and Galaxy S5). When I first got the device, the voice quality was great, and the noise-cancelling superb.Unfortunately, after a few weeks, folks started telling me my voice was static-ish, and the quality of what I was hearing was deteriorating, too.It has reached a point where the headset is totally unusable for me now. I am disappointed, as I am a huge Plantronics fan, and over the years have outfitted folks in my company with SAVI units, etc.I will be contacting Plantronics about this, and will post more info.

Answer:	as torresjose77 stated that's the only technical difference. My father in law has the voyager hd and he REALLY likes it, when i talk to him (while hes on his voyager hd) he sounds extremely clear and there are no other noises in the background. the voyager legend has sound equalizer which means it'll lower background noise so only the caller will be heard . I returned the legend only because when I;m in San Francisco the caller and i sound like robots and cuts in and out as if left my phone 30 plus feet away from the Bluetooth, I'm currently using the Plantronics M50 and works perfect! i really wish that the legend performed the same, sadly it didn't. save the extra money and get the voyager hd as it performs the same and you can still use a micro usb to charge it.

I think the V Legend is amazing - but after owning 5 of the over the years and having every single one fail after a year or so I'm moving to the 5200 hopefully with better results. For $100 a pop these really should have a longer lifespan. The only reason I keep buying them is because they really are the best phone headset/mic out there nothing else really compares. Again my advice is to only buy in new factory packaging, the high failure rate on this model means there are duds out there that people are reselling as "new" - I've fallen for the ruse myself when trying to find a cost effective way to replace the unit.

Answer:	The Volume went from Medium to very low, but I couldn't get them to go loud or even near loud. No where close to very loud.

Answer:	No it doesn’t come with the scan pen. It does have a draw string case. It’s not sturdy.
