Question:	Do they have a volume control
Answer:	There is NO mic on these headphones, built-in or otherwise. Since I do not use these headphones with my phone, I can not say IF the volume control works on them either. When I have these plugged-in to my TV/computer monitor, I use a "mini pre-amp" to control the volume. Hope this helps...

Question:	The earbuds works perfect in doors but when i go for a run or walk thats when i have a problem I have to always have to keep my phone to my chest for
Answer:	It's not the earbuds themselves, it is the phone I think. I can jump around while the phone is sitting on a table or counter, put the phone in my pocket and the signal gets wonky...going in and out. So maybe strap the phone down better? I am not a runner but I have seen those straps people use for phones that wrap around the upper arm....that might correct the problem? Stuffing the phone in a pocket or pouch does not seem to work well. Otherwise, you might need buds that are designed specifically with exercise...Good Luck! The price is hard to beat!
Question:	Case is fully charge, but earphones won’t charge. How to charge my them
Answer:	You will need to clean the contact on the earbuds from my time to time. Mines has sweat and dust block it from getting contact with the case to charge.
Question:	volume on the phone is at 100% but I can barely hear music. I've had them for a few months. I tried the factory reset but didn't help. Any ideas
Answer:	I am having the same problem after ~1 month of using them, and the warranty website is nonexistent. If you happen to solve the problem or get a replacement/refund, can you let me know? I charged the earbuds/case fully, factory reset them as in the directions, and they still only produce faint sound. I think they cut out after a particularly sweaty workout which makes me think something inside shorted out and they are not sweatproof as advertised.
Question:	Please the case is not charging? I don't know what to do
Answer:	I had the same problem at first and then realized that the USB-C cord that came with it required a little more 'umph' when inserting it. I pressed it in harder and it 'snapped' in place, then the case started charging.
