Answer:	I don't believe there is much or any noise bleed when the volume is high. No one has said they have heard it (and I have listened to some very loud music!).

Answer:	I have not as I have a samsung, which I know doesn't answer your question. However, I have used these headphones, and while they are comfortable and you can wear them when sleeping, they DO NOT last very long. I've gone thru 2 pairs and they've each lasted only about 2-3 months before they stopped working. I won't be buying a third pair.

Answer:	Make sure you're using the right size tips for your ears, then on insertion follow the instructions on how to insert them. (pull your earlobes down to open the canal while moving the tips of your ears for the best comfort level. it helps to use on clean ears and make sure the buds are cleaned after each use.) Answer:	I don't use one. I just plugged them into my computer. These earbuds are great! And, they come with extra rubber fittings if needed.... I've never had to use them.
