Answer:	yes. This is the newest version released in August, 2016.
Question:	How do these fit, compared to the wired version with slightly different tips? Are they wedged into your ear canal, like most other in-ear designs
Answer:	I have an earlier Bose version, where the ear phone is mounted on a very sophisticated ear bud that seats perfectly in the antihelix of the pinna (outer ear), thereby gently resting in the ear canal itself. That is a MAJOR design advantage, not only in comfort, but also in safety, in that by avoiding pressure against the skin of the ear canal, the chance for discomfort / infection / inflammation is vastly reduced. There is nothing else like the old design on the market. I would only purchase the new model with the assurance that it faithfully incorporated the revolutionary advantages of the 4 older models I have purchased and given as gifts.
Question:	Just how water/sweat resistant are they in use
Answer:	I've had these 7 months and have LOVED them. But... I just ran a little over 2 hrs in constant light drizzle and they stopped working a little over halfway through. I thought they were dead... but ever hopeful I let them dry thoroughly then plugged them in to charge. About 15 min later I was able to turn them on and it talked to me as usual... "battery 40%, connected to..." I left them charging but when I came back to check on progress an hour or so later, all lights were out and I can't turn it on. Will see if Bose will replace. Bottom line: great in dry weather, very sketchy when damp or wet!

Answer:	They do. Not as much as some other in-ears I have tried, but for example more than the Bose SoundSport in ears that I have. I still prefer them to the over ear QC15/25 because they are so compact and I can sleep with them in a plane. The over ear ones will transmit sound if you lean on them when trying to sleep in a plane. I find the "stethoscope sound" to not be an issue in everyday use.

Question:	Is it as easy to switch between devices as the QC
Answer:	You do not need to switch. I think people are trying to use these like the 35 headphones. Which is why the are getting frustrated. Unlike those, you are not forced to switch between devices. It will automatically remember the last 8 devices you paired with. And if the device you want to pair with is set up to connect with it, it will do so automatically. It even will stay connected with two devices at the same time. These are much “smarter” technology than the 35.
Question:	Can these connecto to a pc at call center? to be used with voip
Answer:	It will work, but probably not well. They have a problem that keeps them from working reliably on Zoom, Teams, or other video conferencing software when connected to Windows PCs or Macs. There is supposed to be a firmware update to fix this, but the first one that came out (1.4) caused worse problems, so they recalled it, and they have only promised a new version (1.5) but I haven't been able to actually find it anywhere as of Sept 13, 2020. Bose support is worse than useless. I'm giving up and returning them.
Question:	Are these going to be better than the QC
Answer:	I found these to sound better. It may be because the Noise Reduction is slightly better. I have the QC35's and the Sony wh-1000xm3's. I find the Bose 700's to be superior to both even if you consider the sound quality of these to be equal due to the other features. The multipoint bluetooth makes them more attractive than the Sony's. The passthrough is simply amazing. With the headphones on it sounds as if you're not wearing headphones. I no longer use any other headphones. If it's not raining I'll even take them outside because I can hear safely. I just received the Echo Buds and love them. They are my backup when it's raining (I live in Seattle).

Answer:	I read a review where it's claimed that the QC 35 Series II maximum noise reduction is rated at 20.8 dB. The Series I is rated to reduce by 25.2 dB. Note that dB ratings are not linear: every 3 dB difference is twice (or half) the subjective volume. That means that 93 dB is twice as loud as 90 dB

Question:	Stupid question may-be: does 20i work with non-apple products? e.g. Thinkpads...entertainment system on plane, etc
Answer:	The 20i is specifically keyed to iOS devices. On iOS devices it can control volume and stop/start and forward and back track. They work fine with the entertainment system on Delta. As to other devices. I believe you can hear just fine, but think the volume must be controlled on the device: think pad, etc; rather than the buttons on the cord. If your main device is not iPad or iPhone get the 20, not the 20i
Question:	I had the QC3 and they caused some sort of pressure pain ,do those have the same effect
Answer:	If you are speaking of pressure inside the ear then yes, there is some pressure from the noise cancelling. I have not found it painful though.
Question:	Do these headphones block out snoring
Answer:	I was able to check this out this morning as my wife was snoring due to cold/flu. With the aware option on, you'll hear white noise and full blown snoring. Tune off the aware the normal deep breathing sound are masked completely and in my estimation the snoring goes from 10 on a 10 scale to a 1. You'll still hear a tiny bit but I really had to listen closely to distinguish the snoring from the white noise.
Question:	Can sb directly compare the BOSE 20i with the Phiaton 210 BTNC
Answer:	I have the Phiaton 210BTNC, as well the Audio-Technica ATH-ANC23BK and AKG K390NC. The Bose 20i are the best without question. I have since purchased the Bose, used them on a few overseas flights. The Bose 20i are remarkable and by far the best and most comfortable. The Audio-Technicas were the closest, and for roughly $50 on Amazon have the best price/performance point. the Phaitons are the worst of the lot - their advantage being the BT capability, and their issue is that the sound cancellation is poor and the battery pack is quite short. I have had the Audio-Technicas for 4 years now and they still perform great. I travel intercontinental at least every month, sometimes more. What I have learned is that the over-the-ears will provide the best sound isolation, but will not be comfortable to sleep in, and will fatigue after a while. I prefer the comfort and ease of the in-ear with foam tips from Comply to get the best isolation and sound deadening. The short cord is more a benefit than a disadvantage. If the battery pack was further up the cord, it would dangle from your ears ... uncomfortable at best. The headset will be connected to a phone or a sound device, and having the battery pack close is not worse than the weight of the phone/player. I find that most people who rate sound quality do it at ground level. Unfortunately, with the sounds and pressure at high altitude, the sound quality changes. You are not going to get hi performance sound from any set. As such, sound cancelation and ease of use are most important if you are going to use them for flying ... and that will depend on how you travel.Ultimately, the Phiaton 210 BT do not compare at all to the Bose, nor the Audio Technicas. If you want best sound cancelling, go with the Bose. If you want great sound cancellation at a low price, then the Audio Technicas. If you want moderate sound cancellation with freedom of BT, then the Phiaton. In the end, I wish I could trade-in the Phiatons.I have now traveled overseas with the Bose twice. They are by far the best of the four. They are extremely comfortable and are incredibly quiet.
