Question:	Are these headphones good if you work in a call room, as far as clarity and not picking up background noise
Answer:	Having worked in three different types of call centers, you really should look under Call Center Headsets. If the call center is your home or the facility can control inside and outside noise around you, try to find the type with a single oval ear cup that should cover your ear instead of press on it and that's reversible, so you can switch ears every once in awhile and that has an adjustable extended mic. You'll find it will be much better for prolonged use talking with people and not so hard on the ears. Trust me, you need an extended adjustable/movable mic as when people call in, their hearing ability differences and the environment they're in can make their ability to hear/understand you difficult without one. If you'll be in a noisy environment, try a headset with both ears and noise reduction/cancelling properties AND the extended mic. The LETSCOM is an excellent set and, while not designated noise cancelling does reduce exterior noises, but perhaps not the best choice for a call center operation.
Question:	Does anybody else experience some noise from the left side when exercising or running
Answer:	I got the white noise a few times while setting up/pairing the headphones. I was sitting 2 feet from my computer. I haven't tried pairing with cellphone yet. Haven't had white noise since and the headphones connect to the computer right when I turn the headphones on. Computer audio mutes out okay. Turning headphones off, computer audio reestablishes comes back okay.

Answer:	If your ears are smaller than average, yes. Not mine for sure. Standard over-ear phones have an inner hollow with at least 2.4" (6cm) tall. These are much smaller.

Answer:	I am not clear as to whether you are asking about the part that inserts into the ear or the part on the outside of the ear. I will answer both. For the inside, I would guess you could use other covering for comfort inserting in the ear; however it comes with 3. At least 1 is smaller, the other may be a little bit larger or the same size as the one as it comes. For the outside clip over the ear - it is fixed and is positional so it can fit comfortably on the ear. Best wishes.

Answer:	No. I have small ears and have tried all three sizes of the included ear buds, and with the ear loop extended and unextended, but cannot get a snug fit. Using the smallest, I can sometimes get it to stay put for a while after much pulling and twisting to get it in, but usually it just pops out and rests loosely on the outer surface of my ear.

Answer:	The band can be adjusted to fit close to the back of your head or neck. The bass is strong. You can download an app that complements the headphones. The app has an equalizer center where you can select from hundreds of different types of sound combinations. There are plenty that are heavy on the bass! I am pleased with the sound quality.

Answer:	They aren't, but then the string is just right size (much shorter then by earlier Sony plugs) and never faced any problem of tangling.

Answer:	I personally couldn't tell you having never owned X2s but from what I hear they are smaller and are an improvement overall. Having used various Bluetooth headsets such as the LG tone and Motorola HD11, these have come along way in terms of BT technology.
Question:	I don't want buds that go deep in the ear and cancel out ambient sounds. Are these a good choice
Answer:	I would say that these ARE a good choice for cancelling out ambient sounds and not going deep into the ear. The foam ear pieces act like a foam ear plug.. you won't be able to hear much ambient noise at all. I always wear headphones while snowboarding and decided that I would give the standard silicon ear pieces a try as I like to hear what my friends are saying over my music when I have it turned down. To be honest with my music paused and with the silicon ear pieces, I have a hard time hearing what they're saying anyway. TL;DR Yes
