Answer:	Yes it does work with an iPhone 6. However my phone has to be with 12 inches of the headphones. I either have to wear the phone very high on my arm in a band or I have to hold my phone about chest level. If I drop my arm to my side the signal cuts out. Answer:	They have muffled sound and low frequency. I have to raise the volume to the highest level to get a good steady sound. I do not have that problem with the previous Senso Wings.

Answer:	I miss my Wings buuut. The bad: Messing with your mask is going to trigger the functions, or if you wear hoodies. I got a blister in my left ear from the suction on one use. However, every time I take them off they hurt the back of my ears. The good: They feel very sleek. Counter side to hurting when removed, once they're in they're in; they won't slip. The sound is just as good as Wings, but due to secure fit you don't "loose" sound. The great: I've had them 3 weeks and so far (so far) they haven't synced to my phone when NOT in use! I can't tell you (and typed that in my Wings rating) how frustrating that is. No wasted power use. Very frustrating when your planning a big cardio work out and the buds are drained because something triggered them that wasn't you. Flip a coin for that extra $20, but I would stay with these due to sync issues. Reminder 3 weeks, after 3 months I might change my answer if that arm doesn't loosen.

If you haven't found the answer, the instructions say "Under pairing mode (Means that do not connect with any device after power on), and twice press the MFB to change language into English of Chinese. Question:	How is the sound quality of bluetooth headphones
Answer:	In my life, it is NOT "all about the bass." I use these as I exercise, sometimes listening to music, sometimes to podcasts, and sometimes to audiobooks. I am very happy with them, and more than satisfied. Certainly they give me better sound quality than I have had before. Assess the purpose for which you intend to use these. If you ARE "all about the bass," those who are saying "poor quality, no bass" may steer you elsewhere. As for me, I have no complaints.

Answer:	Yes, the earbuds will auto connect with you if you always sync remove they out of box.
Question:	Can you use only one earbud at a time
Answer:	Yes, you can use both earbuds individually. The left earbud will automatically work independently of the right one but the right earbud connects to the left until you separately pair it to your phone. Put the left earbud in the case and manually pair the right one to your phone. Hold the button on the right earbud until the lights blink to indicate pairing, then connect/pair it to your phone. I labeled them X9-Rt and X9-Lt to distinguish between the two.
Question:	how is the sound of the wireless earbuds
Answer:	Wow unless I got a severely defective pair, these sound terrible. When I first tried them on for a couple of minutes they sounded pretty loud on max volume but with absolutely no bass. Now after 10 minutes or so, the volume is no where near what they were when I first put them in my ears and there is still no bass. Compared to $25 Soundbuds slim+ earbuds (also Bluetooth) these $50 ear buds are complete garbage in terms of sound quality. I was looking for an upgrade not a severe downgrade. I will return these and possibly replace because they might be defective. I will update if possible.

Answer:	Dear Customer, Thanks for your question. Please feel free to check the reset introduction below: 1.Make sure the earphones are turned off, and then long press the multi-function button of the left and right earphones for 15 seconds until the orange and white light of the earphones light up for 1 second and automatically turn off. 2.Restart the earphone. After 2 seconds, double click the multi-function button of the left and right earphones to connect the left and right earphones. 3.After the successful interconnection of the left and right earphones, the orange and white lights of the left earphone flicker alternately. Question:	how is the sound of the bluetooth earbuds
Answer:	The sound quality is very good with no noise or hiss. Although the bass is lacking it excels for audio books, cellphone communication and non-bass music. I think if you had more bass you would loose the crispness of voice quality.
Question:	Does anyone know how to solve sounds frequently cuts in and out
Answer:	You can solve this problem by resetting the Bluetooth earbuds. The reset operation is as follows: 1.Long press and hold the multi-functional key of the earbuds and put them into the charging case to charge,then release multi-functional key; 2.Turn on your mobile phone bluetooth and delete all the bluetooth devices you have connected(including the earphones)，and attempt to reconnect to them.
Question:	how to fix earbuds that won't connect to each other
Answer:	Reset (If 2 earbuds can't pair with each other or can’t connect with your device): 1. Forget the “T12” earbuds device from bluetooth list on your device. 2. Take out two earbuds from the charging case and long press the MFB of 2 earbuds for 6s until there are orange and white lights flashing for 1s then power off automatically. 3. Please long press MFB of the earbuds till 2s to turn on them when you see white lights on the earbuds,then double press MFB of both earbuds and 2 earbuds will connect to each other. After connected successfully, the left earbud will have orange and white lights flicker alternately. 4. After reset, please turn on your device and research the earbuds,finally connect them. The SECOND PART OF STEP 3 [double press MFB of both earbuds and 2 earbuds will connect to each other. After connected successfully, the left earbud will have orange and white lights flicker alternately] is a very IMPORTNAT step to follow.
