Answer: There is not a pound measurement associated with each color. The range starts from least to most as yellow, red, green, blue, black. If you are in a lot of pain and really weak from an injury or surgery, then I would start with yellow or red. If you are looking to be really challenged strength wise I would go blue or higher. Green is a nice medium resistance.
