Answer:	I find that they are very loud. I’m the kind of guy who usually needs to turn it to 90-100% while running to be satisfied. These are loud enough for me at 50-60% and I’m impressed with the bass, especially as cheap as these are...
Question:	How is the quality of this product
Answer:	Very good for the price you pay. You must realize that you´re not buying a premium earbud and for the price you pay you´re getting a pretty good earbud, sometime as good as the premium ones. It turn´s on right after you take them out of the box and connects the right channel with the left channel to your device right after. Besides that, it does have a great sound quality with bass and nice isolation, things you don´t get in earbuds that costs more than U$150,00!!! So, nothing to complain? Well, it does have some transmission problems that happens sometimes only once for about a second, but sometimes it repeats more than once... Although I´m very satisfyed with it.
Question:	can you use just one at a time
Answer:	Yes. I use one or the other independently depending on the situation (left for running, right for work so they get equal hours of use). I have to manually connect the left one on my phone, but the right one connects automatically. I use the left one for outdoor runs and leave the right bud at home, and it functions normally. The earbud will beep for about a minute while it's waiting for the right bud to connect, but then the beeping will stop and you can go on enjoying your music. You don't have to use the right bud only or have the right and left buds in proximity. You could take both out, let them connect to eachother, and then place one back in the case like others have suggested but it's faster for me to just take one out and connect it on my phone if it's the left bud.
Question:	The wireless charging is great and all, but what if I don't own a wireless charger
Answer:	I would recommend a wireless charger. Just put the box on the charger without wires. My phone uses wireless charging and it is great. I only use a wired cord when I would be low on battery and need to use my phone at the same time.

Question:	Are they comfortable? Will it hurt my ears after wearing them for a full day
Answer:	I have pretty small ears, as in I have to use the smallest earbud tips with nearly EVERY headphone I've ever used. I CANNOT use the Apple headphones/buds as they kill my ears in about 20 minutes. I've been wearing my Samsung buds with the smallest tips, and the no wing rubber bits and I can go a whole work day 9+ hours in complete comfort. If I'm doing something more busy than my regular office job or moderate pace walk with my dog, I can switch to the smaller of the two ear wings and wear them for a couple of hours comfortably.
Question:	I have a work phone and a personal phone. I need both connected at the same time. Can these earbuds connect to multiple phones
Answer:	It says you can do two sources , multipoint. But you have to completely disconnect from one to go to the other unless it's another Samsung brand . I cannot connect to my HP laptop unless I disconnect from my Galaxy 8 .

Answer:	The only reason for the low ratings it’s because the app only works on Galaxy Buds+ (The new buds that came out on Feb 2020), not on Galaxy Buds (Previous year) and some people are mad because of that. As long you have the new Buds+ you are good to go!

Question:	Why is maximum volume still very quiet? My airpods get way louder
Answer:	I know a trick to make them way louder. Go to your settings on the Samsung wearable app then change the tap functionality to Right tap: volume up, Left Tap: Volume down. That way you can increase the volume really high. The default max was i guess about 50%, now you can go up to 100%.
Question:	can I use only left or only right bud while the other charges in case
Answer:	Can the right ear work while the left ear charges? Or vice versa. I've had previous generic earbuds that the left ear works only if the right one is not charging. Once the right ear is put to charge the left ear won't work. Like they are synced and the right is the main.. with these Samsung buds, say my right bud is dead can I use the left will the right charges? Sorry for the long question.

Answer:	I've got small ears. They don't fit to tight or too lose. Once you choose the right buds, the hooks shouldn't be a problem.
Question:	Does the cord bounce and make sound in your ear when running
Answer:	I have not noticed that it makes a sound in my ear due to bouncing.

Answer:	I’ve used these for two years: running, lifting, cardio workouts, etc and staying in has never been a problem. And I sweat a lot during running and I’ve had no problems.
Question:	What to do when running and not listening to them? Do they just hang around a neck and bounce? Can't they fall off
Answer:	Ok I know this is a really silly question, and everyone is rolling their eyes at you, but I have a protip. Cord goes behind your head, then hook the 2 earpieces together, then bend the silicone earpieces back and catch them on their own buds. Do it on both sides and it kind of "locks" them into each other (that or you know, pockets). I actually usually have a bandana on so I'll hook one side into the bandana real good and just keep one earbud in so I can hear if traffic is coming, but you can take the other one out and hook it to the bandana too.

Answer:	The difference is the color temperature of the light. Dimming the light will make it more or less bright, but will not change the color of the light. So if you have a preference for a more yellow light you would want 2700K, 3000K has less yellow to the color, and 3500k is more of a white. So yes you can go dim to bright with a dimmable, but the color of the light will always be 3500K.

Answer:	I have modern forms fans in six rooms in our home. Each has a separate wall switch, so one fan per switch. I believe the fans are paired with the switch at the factory. I also use the app to control the fans, works great.

Question:	Would they pair with my lg stylo 6? and my samsung galaxy
Answer:	You have to pair them individually and then they will sync together. The blue tooth name is AmazonBasics BE-2101 L and AmazonBasics BE-2101 R and you will see when the general connection is available. This is named just AmazonBasics BE-2101. You will also hear the left side beep when it's connected, then the right side and then there's a different beep when they are both connected. They're great! I just got mine a few days ago and I have NO COMPLAINTS.
Question:	Can I hook it up to my I-pod
Answer:	I was having a bit of difficulty with mine at first, but all you have to do is activate your Bluetooth on your device and then pull both of the earbuds out at the same time. It will ask you to sync both of them together as one rather than “R” or “L.”
