You can make settings with a Premium that will remind you ,that you left something behind,(via cell text). Premium will also show you a map of where the last place your item was while you were last in range of it. You can then go to that area and hope your back in range of it’s Bluetooth and Find it! For $30./ year, if it helps me find just one item that got lost,(and had a Tile ), It would be worth every penny.
Question:	Can I use the tile to locate the septic tank in a home
Answer:	Hello there, That's a great question and definitely a rare one! Now locating the septic tank could be a bit tricky. A few variables could affect the Bluetooth connection as well as the water resistance. With the Tle Pro 2020 just being water resistant, the possibility of it taking in liquid is likely. If you were to attempt using Tile to track it, the best option would be a Tile Sticker due to its size and waterproof rating. Question:	Is there any warning that your battery is getting low on the Tile Pro
Answer:	Nope. If you don't check them frequently you'll only find out your batteries are low when the app tells you the item hasn't checked in for a few days/weeks. That's the achilles heel for these things. When you actually lose something and need to use the app to find it- then it will tell you the batteries are dead. I'm buying a new set of keys and key fob today for my car because the battery died and I didn't realize it until my keys were lost. I paid for the 'premium' version to see my tracking history and looks like the battery has been dead for a month. I would have really liked a warning that the battery was low before then. I then found out 4 of my other tiles have dead batteries, but the battery replacement service is based on time and not actual battery life so I had to replace all those batteries on my own even when paying for the premium service. So unless you're checking the battery yourself every day you're out of luck when the battery dies. I bought 8 tiles total last year, pro and regular and only half of the batteries lasted a full year. I would replace them every 6 months on a high value item like car keys.

Answer:	From the best I can tell from all the internet research I've done the only difference in the 2 fitbit is the band or strap material. Otherwise they are exactly the same. They give you a fancy band and charge you more. Otherwise the fitbit 4 is identical the the fitbit 4 special edition.
Question:	Does GPS require paying a monthly fee to anyone or is it free
Answer:	Until Fitbit allows GPS phone tethering on the Charge 4 - you are better off with a Charge 3 (or Charge 2). Otherwise you're looking at 1-2 hours battery life while exercising with GPS, missed stats, and constantly recharging this thing (more often than an apple watch). Fitbit could fix this tomorrow by allowing tethering, but they do not, and are censoring the issue on their forums. Don't downgrade!

Question:	do the tiles drain phone battery via bluetooth signal
Answer:	Hi there, That's a great question! As with all wireless components on a mobile device (i.e., WiFi, Location Services), Bluetooth consumes battery when enabled. Tile uses Bluetooth to establish connection between a Tile and a mobile device. Compared to GPS, it's less battery intensive and is a better fit for our customers. We are always working to improve our products and services, and improved battery consumption is definitely on the top of our list. We've made several improvements to our Tile Slim, like remaining as slim as possible Roughly the size of 2 credit cards, Slim can slip easily into wallets and passports cases or without increasing bulkiness. We've also increased the Bluetooth range to 200 feet! Finally, the battery life has been improved to last up to 3 years with no additional upkeep. Question:	If i leave it in my wallet and leave my wallet somewhere, will it show me the location? Is there a distance restriction on it

Yes, when communication is lost between your device and your Tile Slim 2020 attached to your wallet (either by closing the app or by exceeding the Bluetooth range, 200 ft on the Tile Slim (2020), your app will immediately record on the map inside the app the last time and place your Tile and mobile device were connected to each other. It’s the last place your Tile was seen by the app! No restrictions on where you might be to see the last location on the map. Question:	Do samsung phones still have the issue where the phone forces the tile app to go to sleep even though the os is set to never allow tile app to sleep
Answer:	Yes. September 2020 and this is still a problem. I can never locate my phone with my key tag because of this. I have set the app to be able to locate on the background. In phone settings I have set it to 'never sleep'. Samsung and tile just don't get along. However, finding all the other stuff I lost works just fine. Just re open the app.
Question:	Was thinking about getting the 4 pack and give one each to my adult kids. Do they all 4 work separately so they each can have one
Answer:	Hi there, Great question! Absolutely! You can give your kids a Tile each. Tiles comes un-activated, and can only be activated once. They can open their own Tile account. To download the app its free, or you can activate the Tiles in your account, and then share the Tiles with each of them. Answer:	Hi there, Great question! You actually don't need to attach a Tile to your phone at all! One of Tile's core finding features is the ability to ring your phone using any Tile that is connected. Simply double-click the button on your Tile! Please be advised that this requires the app to be open and running within Bluetooth range, so make sure to leave the app running in the background of your phone.
