Answer:	What I did to help with the smell was to dry it in the dryer with no heat for more than the 5 mins stated (actually about 40 total). Then 24 hours under the ceiling fan. That reduced the smell considerably to the point of useability. I’ve had mine for a few months now and they don’t have a smell anymore. Hope that helped and good luck!

Answer:	Mine is very firm, but that suits me. I've had mine since Christmas 2019 and it is just now starting to 'give' a little. Answer:	I would say yes. You will be sitting at a 15-20 degree angle from upright but you will be virtually upright. Don't be concerned when it arrives severely compressed because it really expands when you follow directions. I am happy with mine. There is no headrest but I don't find that to be a problem.
