Here's my answer to that question: I own several LiPo-powered flashlights that use different size and capacity batteries, so I needed a versatile charger that could handle them all. I've been using a Fenix model ARE-C2 (https://www.amazon.com/Fenix-ARE-C2-advanced-universal-Edisonbright/dp/B00GU0O3NO/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?keywords=fenix+are-c2+lipo+charger&qid=1573658266&sr=8-1-fkmr0) which has served me well. It can charge many different types of batteries, LiPo 18650 among them. Be aware that charging LiPo batteries is very different from charging non-LiPo batteries, and attempting to use ordinary non-LiPo-capable chargers for LiPo batteries is a really bad idea. LiPos are sensitive to many factors, and if mis-used and/or charged improperly, can overheat and either explode or burn your house down. Use a proper charger for charging LiPo batteries.

1.Turn your car off and remove the key

2. Find your fuse box (Location of the fuse box is different in different cars)

3. Use circuit tester to test our constant fuse (A circuit that is live or hot all the time means that it constantly receives power, even when your car is parked and the engine is turned off)

Answer:	I had to do the same thing. I had a friend cut through the frame and swap lenses to fit my eyes. I used clear packaging tape to keep one of the lenses from falling out. Or, use strong glue. My friend said it took him less than 15 minutes to make me 3 pairs. It can be done.

Answer:	The cover says it's all weather so I would hope it would. The cover material is like other car Covers. It has elastic around the bottom so it fits right to the vehicle. It also has two holes on each side and comes with string so you can also tie the cover underneath the car but honestly so far we haven't used the ties yet and it's been pretty rainy and windy here and we've had no problems with the cover coming off or even moving. The elastic helps it so much. It's held up against the rain and wind very nicely. We plan on getting another one of these covers for father in law. Hope this helped!
