A sleeve must be purchased for proper installation and is not included with the unit. Answer:	nothing wrong with the picture of the plug when I look at the underside as shown of my plug it’s exactly the same. When you turn it around to plug it into the outlet the prongs change sides. Not all outlets are the same though
