Answer:	This Monitor has a freesync module not Gsync. It will work But be aware there are glitches using a mix of this monitor and Gysnc monitors in multi monitor setups. So if going for multiple monitor setup make sure they are all teh same brand to avoid issues. I had refresh rate issues with my gsync monitor and 2 of these.

Answer:	The corners are not heavily padded. This is a lightweight carrying case. If you want more padding, you should look at another product. I like this case because it is light and compact and has plenty of storage capacity. I carry it inside of my back pack so I'm not concerned about padding.
