Question: Does the camera Contain a slot for an extra memory card in addition to the already 256mb which is built in
Answer: No, there is only the internal memory
Question: Can they take pictures of themselves? Also what's the difference between the older model selling for 199 and this newer model selling for
Answer: They can both take pictures I would buy the lower priced one
Question: does it take a sd for added memory for more pics?? Also what usb cable is needed for transfer to computer
Answer: The number on the cord that attaches the camera to the computer is MID1330811. I do not remember if it came with the camera. She has so many electronics and they connect to the computer. I do not think it takes an SD card as we have not tried to figure that out. 1000 pictures is a lot for a kid to take and the can delete the ones they do not want. It was a great Birthday Present.
Question: For what age
Answer: I purchased this for both a 3 y.o. boy and also a 4 y.o. girl. Both my grandchildren and neither had any problem using and loving the camera. You can download the photos to any computer with a simple downloaded program at the Fisher-Price web site.
