It’s obviously thicker and heavier than just holding the iPad alone, but its doable.

Answer:	Heavy is relative. It probably doubles the weight of the iPad with it attached. However, it needs to feel solid with the weight and it does. With the case it still only feels about the same weight as my Surface Pro. In the description it says it weighs 2.03lbs, makes the iPad feel like a thin laptop.

How to pair with my iPad?

It is easy to pair with your iPad. Steps are as below.

1) Keep pressing Power Switch on the right lower corner of the keyboard for 3 seconds till the Bluetooth Indicator flashes.

2) Turn on the Bluetooth in your iPad.

3) Search and choose Bluetooth Keyboard 5.0*** to pair.

When the pairing is finished, the Bluetooth Indicator on the keyboard would be off. No more pairing required after your first successful connection.

How to get touchpad to work?

You need to turn ON the touchpad function in your iPad. Steps are as below.

1) First of all, make sure your iPad is of IOS 13 or above, if not, you have to upgrade your iOS to 13 version or above by going to Settings--> General--> Software Upgrade，which would take you several minutes for upgrading.

2) TURN ON the touch function in your iPad Settings--> Accessibility--> Touch--> Assistive Touch-->ON

3) In your daily use, you can press FN+Space to turn off the touchpad function. Or press Fn+Space again to enable it to start your trackpad journey.

How to light up the backlit?

Press Fn+RGB to light up the backlit and adjust the brightness.

How to change the color of backlit?

Press RGB key to change the colors of backlight when the backlit is on.
