You can't see in, you just see shadows and shapes. This is more for privacy than to reduce glare. But it does help with the glare some.

Answer:	I have the same problem printing the question mark when using my iPad without a keyboard case. The question mark won’t print until I’ve pressed both shift and question mark several times and it works ONLY when I press them very very firmly! So it’s not the keyboard case, but the iPad, or both.
