Answer:	if you are talking about the 1st gen ipad pro 12.9 inch. Yes it is. Judging the product dimensions between the 1st gen and the 2nd gen ipad pro, they are exactly the same externally. I recently bought it, and it works like a charm on my ipad pro 1st gen (A1584). I have not fully submerged my ipad in the water however; and I wouldn't do that because i do not like the idea that it doesnt have a builtin in screen(luckily I have a screen protector on it). But I got it so I wouldn't have to worry about it when I was reading books ( or streaming shows) on my ipad in the bathtub. I also needed a good case to protect my ipad from impacts. I have not dropped it yet in this case, but it seems sturdier then if i had the ipad bare. (or because of where i live- being caught in the rain or at the beach or poolside.)

Answer:	I usually use the spary on my screen that I use to clean my eyeglasses. It's not harsh and I can use it in combination with a soft cloth. I have also tried a little windex and it also worked but never lysol wipes.
