Answer:	I had the same problem and Cox couldn't even help me. I found that the network settings had to be changed to match the setup you have with your internet service provider (ISP). I recall there being three options. The booklet shows one option but that didn't work for Cox. I don't have it in front of me but I believe it's DHCP for Cox. You don't have to setup a new user or pw. Hope this helps!

Answer:	It comes with a both an HDMI cable and a DP cable, however it doesn't say if its HDMI 2.0 or not. I ended up buying a longer cable as it was only 6-8 feet long.On the back of the monitor there are TWO HDMI connectors, HDMI 1 is for a HDMI 1.4 cable (4k @ 30Hz) HDMI 2 is for a HDMI 2.0 cable (4k @ 60Hz), so make sure you use the correct plug based on the cable.

Answer:	ARE YOU KIDDING!!! I have seen some really awesome fires and explosions on this screen!! It reproduces the UHD video so well you feel like you're right there in the middle of it all! (Using TWO of these!) As for the monitor itself, not even a hiccup! With TWO, it;s double the treat and the main reason I don't have a VR headset. It is pretty impressive playing most games at 2K (2560x1440) as most games do NOT run so well at 4K! I play Black Desert Online, World of Warcraft, and Elite Dangerous (Among others) and BDO and ED are fantastic on this monitor. Not to mention how well Windows 10 Pro works with these.

Question:	How do i enable IPv6? I've got the current firmware but can't locate that option
Answer:	For this particular model unit, it does not have a free M.2 slot for SSD. This model unit comes with 1TB 7200RPM HDD drive.
Question:	Can I manage the internet speed with this router
Answer:	Just put in a larger M.2 ( 256GB). Since the laptop is new, I loaded Macrium Free( this program is worth buying, btw!) on the laptop, started the program and made a recovery disc ( you can use a USB drive, I used a CD), hook up your external USB3 hard drive and Create Image. Once thats done, remove the power and take OUT the battery), then you can install the larger M.2 ( be careful removing that door!). Done? Replace the door ( Carefully! Don't rush it!), replace the battery, and hook up the AC adapter. Dont forget to cable up your external USB3 drive if you unplugged it. Power on...it should bring you to the BIOs screen. Install the Restore Disc you made, then Crtl-Alt-Delete to reboot. Press any key to boot from CD ( if you need to do this), and give it a few minutes to boot into the Windows PE environment. I could not get the touch pad to work, but as soon as I plugged in a Logitech Wireless mouse and the transmitter, that was recognized immediately. Restore the image to your new M.2. Done? Remove the Recovery media, then hit close, and the laptop should reboot normally, except you will not be using the entire space on the new M.2. Use your favorite utility to expand the OS partition to include the additional Unallocated space. I used AOMEI Partition Assistant- Standard ( free download). Bingo! More room on the OS drive...I'm happy. The Asus 552VW-DH74 is easy to upgrade your storage, either the M.2 SSD or the 1TB spinning drive 7200RPM 2.5" drive. Have Fun, take your time, take notes if you must.

Answer:	A router has nothing to do with your internet provider. For Cox, you should have a cable modem. Just plug the WAN cable from your cable modem to the new router. If you have a combined cable modem and router from Cox. Call Cox to see if you can turn off the router side. Usually, when you get your internet from a cable company, they should have at least rent you a cable modem, if not the router.
Question:	Can I separate the 2.4ghz and 5ghz wireless bands
Answer:	What cords are you referring to? It does come with the power supply and cord to connect it to the router. It also comes with one SHORT (perhaps 5 ft) Cat 5 cord to connect your modem to the router. PS...that will leave 3 empty gigabit ports open on your router....but no cords are included for those.
Question:	So if i already own a modem, can i move all the units away from it after initial setup, or does one have to replace my modem
Answer:	Tonya, you first need a "modem", which can be purchased on Amazon. This makes the internet signal usable by the Tenda router. Connect modem to Tenda WiFi router, and you will have whole house WiFi internet reception.
