Answer:	Yes the EX8000 used as a wifi extender you have the option of having a guest network. You can use same SSID name as your main router or use a different SSID altogether. I did have issues with more than one extender on the same network using same SSID name as main router so I had to change one of the extenders to a different SSID.

Answer:	I am having the same problem. I purchased two of the F9K1106v1 Range Extenders and they worked fine for about a year; then suddenly both of them are blinking orange several times a day. I have unplugged/plugged them in, reset them, connected them to the computer again and checked the firmware version, and it is up to date (although from 2011). There has to be something else going on. I reset in the evening and in the morning they are blinking orange again. Is this a sign they both went bad at the about the same time?

Answer:	I used this cable to connect the digital coax output of a Sony DVD player to the digital coax input of a Peachtree Preamp which feeds the DAC in the preamp, bypassing the DAC in the DVD player. It is not used as a speaker cable in my system. I would guess that it is never used as a speaker cable, but I know nothing about a vizio soundbar and what its connectors are supposed to be. Can you find a manual online that that explains how you are supposed to hook up your soundbar?

Step 2: Access the web-based management page, check if you can find the original router signal in the WLAN list. If you can't find the original router's SSID, please check: a. The distance between wifi repeater and your router, put them closer to each other. If the original router is too far away, the signal will be too weak to search. b. The signal light with different color means in this distance whether the wifi signal is good or not, when the light is blue means it has the best connected status. So you can judge by the color of the indicator light.

I suspect that, since the speed between the extender and the router is not as fast as just accessing the router from your computer, that daisy chaining them is possible but the signal might become slower the farther you are from the router...ie: accessing the farthest extender in the chain. Answer:	They are different devices. The difference is more than just one USB port. The 01 has two USB ports and a gigabit Ethernet switch. The 02 has only one USB and a 10/100 Ethernet switch.
