Answer:	Its semi permanent I think? It will fade with time as you wash your hair. As far as colorful hair dyes go, I love directions as a brand. Its my 2nd favorite next to Special Effects.

Answer:	I always just bleach mine out as white as possible and the colors take really well. Also, the dye has a conditioning effect when you use it, no matter how long I've left it in, my hair is always silky. I've never needed to use the toner and my natural color is dark blonde/ brownish. I use prism packets with volume 20 developer. Use volume 40 if your hair is darker. I am not a beautician, I have simply done multi colors for over 10 years. I guess I'm just experienced. Everybody's hair reacts different though. Hope that helps. :)

Answer:	I've had it since April 2018 and the zipper that holds the laptop failed, and my $1200 laptop slid out and fell on the concrete!!! Gonna switch back to my Swiss gear bag!
Question:	How is this larger bag for travel? Is it comfortable to carry and will it fit under the seat of an airplane
Answer:	When searching through the reviews numerous people said they were able to use it this way. From what I can tell this may not fit under the seat of an airplane for United Flights, as their size dimensions are the smallest for personal items at 17 x 10 x 9 inches. However, if it can compress slightly it may be able to fit when it isn't totally full, as it depends on the size/build of the frame. Most other airlines should fit. From what I can tell in order to universally fit under the seat on an airplane a bag needs to be 17 x 10 x 8, or at least to be able to compress to that size. It would be great if someone could confirm if this bag could compress to that size if it is not full!

Answer:	Hi Luciana,I have a Dell Inspiron, and it is 15 inches....it fits perfectly, with maybe an extra inch. I don't know if your 17.3 laptop would fit in. If it does, it would be a VERY tight squeeze. I just answered this exact same question from someone who had a Toshiba 17.3 and asked the same question you did. My best advice would be to contact the company and ask them directly. BTW, if you have an ipad, or other flat tablet, it would EASILY fit in. I went hiking in Hawaii this summer with this backpack, and hiking with my Nikon and 2 lenses, plus laptop was VERY heavy. If you can go without a laptop, THIS BAG IS GREAT. It can hold up to 3 lenses (and I have a big ZOOM!) and protects the cama and the lenses. I also like the fact that you can remove the camera from the side or the front.
