Answer:	to shucks98 Because even though you can plug a 30 amp rv plug into it doesn't make it a 30 amp generator. It supplies about 15 amps at most. Your AC unit must require more than 1600 watts continuous or requires much more than 2,000 watts to start it. This is why many people with say a 12,000 BTU AC unit and certainly if they want to run a microwave at same time get two generators similar to this and hook up in parallel. Or many just get a 3,000 watt generator but that is usually 100 pounds or more which is one reason people get 2 2,000 watt generators instead since they can lift the components separately.

Answer:	We have these locks on three doors and they are designed so that you can reset them to accept the same key without having a professional locksmith involved. I have no idea if you old locks are the same.
Question:	I have a door nob on rhe inside no lock on it, but it is attached to a leaver opener on the outside, would this fit another opener and work
Answer:	Two likely sources of the problem ... 1) the paper 'tab' that came from the factory inserted behind the thumb button may not have been fully removed. If a piece of the tab remains, it can block the thumb action. 2) Check all your screws to ensure they are tightened. The problem is probably that the set screw that holds the handle to the axle is not fully engaged. This set screw is designed to enable/disable the thumb lock function.

Step 1:

Insert the key that currently operates your lock, and turn it 90 degrees clockwise.

Step 2:

- Insert the included SmartKey tool fully and firmly into the SmartKey hole.

- Remove the SmartKey tool and the current key.

Step 3:

- Fully insert your new key into the lock and rotate it 180 degrees.

- Rotate the key 90 degrees back into the straight position, and remove it. Your lock is now re-keyed to your key, and your old key will no longer operate the lock.

Question:	What is the point of the plastic strip that divides the latch in half? It makes latch look cheap
Answer:	You do indeed have to turn the lock thing before the handle will turn for you to open the door and exit the room, however, the lock only controls the handle lever, not the latching mechanism. There is nothing to prevent a child from turning the lock while the door is open, and then closing it, thereby locking everyone out. If this happens, you will have to use the little tool (that is included, so don't lose it) to unlock it.
Question:	does this set have concealed screws
Answer:	If you mean a slide bolt or chain, it did not come in the set. It has all the corresponding pieces to the exterior hardware. We are very happy with the quality/ construction and appearance of the set.
Question:	Does anyone know the number for the Rose on this knob
Answer:	Yes you change the pin in the inside. It can used as a right or left hand.
Question:	What is the backset for this knobset? What door thickness is it suitable for? And what type of strike plate does it come with
Answer:	Left and right. The handle is reversible because the screw is going through the hole. I ordered right hand handle, but it came as a left on the key's side (screws was in the position for left). Thus, I moved screw all the way through the hole and then attached right handle.

Question:	Does this come with the inside lever handle as well or is only the exterior lever
Answer:	I have three styles of the Baldwin lever (passage, privacy, and keyed) and they can all be used right or left handed. The only lever you want to buy specifically right or left handed is the dummy lever since there is no turning mechanism on it. I did 35 doors in Baldwin and they were relatively simple to install and look great.
Question:	Does it come in Chrome
Answer:	I think it does. I changed mine this way, door knob on the inside and lever on the outside, but both were Baldwin. They are standard size, so I think they should fit each other even If your knob is not Baldwin.
Question:	are these reversible? i didn't see anything on description
Answer:	THIS is not the complete lock set, web site had the wrong item originally and it is the Privacy set NOW - i ordered one and got the full locked key set, so I ordered 10 more - and received the privacy set, seems the vendor corrected the issue and it is now only the privacy set as it should have been so some answers below are not correct as this page has changed as of January 7th 2020. It is awkward that many sites on amazon have the wrong info - probably not an amazon issue, but a vendor issue.
Question:	Does it matter which hand your door is? I don't see where you give this information
Answer:	There are two handles in each package. Every set can be either left- or right-opening, depending on how you mount the handles.
