Answer:	Asked pre-purchase from Coolbell (no response thru Amazon Contact Us Button), Amazon, and Square-Trade. Seemed nobody knew what the warranty was or how claims would be handled. Just received the bag. There is a little card directing you to www.coolbell-bag.com (not a protected site). That site directs you to to tianlibag.com (Chinese company manufacturing different brands). Site is not really much use as the English is so horribly fractured. As best I can tell, they provide a 7 day or 15 day warranty. The only other warranty information on their site says return it to Amazon within 30 days (normal Amazon return policy). Since I went ahead and purchased the Square-Trade extended warranty as I felt nobody was providing me any straight answers, will just have to wait and see if the product fails. Should it, then I have three places to seek remedy: Amazon, Square-Trade, FTC (Federal Trade Commission). Frankly, they would have been better served by stating there is no warranty and if you don't want the product, return it within Amazon's normal return window.

Question:	How does this bag attach to a chair? Will I need a separate lock
Answer:	I don't think there is a way that you could actually lock it, even with a separate lock. It could attach to a chair by unclasping the strap, wrapping it around a chair leg, and re-attaching it to the body of the bag. I don't think the intent is to lock it up as if you were going to walk away, but rather to just make it more difficult for someone to snatch it while you are not paying attention.
Question:	Will a mini-iPad fit comfortably
Answer:	Yes it will fit an iPad mini for sure. This bag fits a lot more than it appears. And has many pockets to organize your items.
Question:	If an iPhone 6 plus will not fit into a pocket, will it fit into the main compartment
Answer:	I have the iPhone 6 (not plus) and it fit into all the pockets ... I'm absolutely sure that the iPhone 6 plus will fit in several of the main compartments. I carried my iPad mini in the main compartment.
Question:	What is the purpose of the carabineer
Answer:	Travel on says that the purpose of the carabiner strap is so that you can loop the strap around a chair, etc, if you were out to eat in a crowded and/or an unfamiliar place--and you didn't want to have to hold your bag the entire time.

Your Bible's dimensions are bigger than the one I have in a medium size case and slightly smaller than the ones I have in large cases. I would purchase a large case for your Bible! Hope this helps!

Answer:	The Medium size will be over-sized for your Bible. You can carry it in the Bible cover, but it will not seat properly (too narrow) and will move around. You would have to be careful when you unzip it that your Bible doesn't fall out.
Question:	Can the logo on the bag be removed safely
Answer:	Yes it will. My bible is just a little bit smaller than that, but I have a lot of room around it. It will fit and have a little extra room. For a pen or bible highlighter, over it. I love this bible cover. It's sturdy, yet beautiful. I constantly get compliments on it. I've been carrying it for about a year now and it is still in perfect condition. No wear marks.
