Answer:	Hi, you can fit in your colapsable walking stick. But this makes it hard for the bag to get the most. We recommend you the size 24L. You could fit in your 16 1/2 inches walking stick and still enough space for your other gear. The 16L is 0.2LB, the 24L is 0.3LB, we have minimized the gap between the two. So when you are worried that 16L is too small, you can feel free to choose 24L.

A question came to our minds: Why don't we make some practical, stylish and lightweight outdoor gear? After camping, our trip leads us to Big Sky City in Montana. Answer:	It is excellent for this purpose; that is the reason I bought it. It's large enough for a few books and snacks or a small laptop, and has two smaller pockets, but it's small enough to fit easily under a seat, and best of all it can be compacted to fit in your larger suitcase when you don't need it and hardly takes up any space.

Answer:	It comes folded in its pouch which is only about 4"x 6" therefore shipping in a very small package. Loved it as packed it in suitcase until needed on a 10 day trip.

It had held up well, has been hurled to the floor or wherever I want to drop it, and has cheerfully carried, at times, my kindle, my phone, my wallet, a paperback book or two, and a change of clothes. It's very sturdy and I am amazed at how much it can hold. Will it last forever? No. But I am confident it will hold up for quite a while and is a great value for a lightweight bag.

Answer:	I have bought multiple High Sierra backpacks. We have 4 kids with A and B day schdules and we keep seperate backpacks for each day. They like any backpack give out after normal daily wear and tear of carrying heavy books, constant use to get pens/pencils etc. They held up for three years before we needed to use the warranty. We contacted the manufacturer directly and were sent replacement backpacks with minimal difficulty. I had to take pictures of the damage, find my old amazon reciept and then show that I had destroyed the backpack to get a replacement. I needed new backpacks due to kids wanting to change the style of the back pack. I immediately reordered High Sierra because of this experience.
