Answer:	I have had no issues with mine. I use it daily but have never used it as a backpack, only the wheely! I would suggest contacting Outdoor Products directly about replacements.

Answer:	Its quite large so I wouldn't see it being comfortable to wear but I don't know. My son doesn't use it that way. He rolls it everywhere due to the weight of his books. When he goes up stairs, he picks it up by the small sewn in padded handle on the top of the bag.

Answer:	It should hold it well. There are so many layers to the bag so it shouldn't be a problem

Answer:	Yes, there are two adjustibilities. Total height measurement with fully extended handle is about 41.25 inches. Second height is at about 37 inches. I measured from the very top of the handle to the ground. I hope this will help.

Question:	Does any the retractible handle have several height positions? I see below that fully extended is 20.5inches. What would the shortest extension be
Answer:	I haven't tried it out on a long pull anywhere yet, but the handle does have a shorter position that feels like it will "lock" in place. My measurements are: 37 inches from floor to bottom of t-handle when fully extended and 27 inches from floor to bottom of t-handle in shorter locked position. I hope that helps your decision making.

Answer:	I have been able to fit this under the seat on SW flights (737), Frontier (Airbus) and United (757 but not in the aisle seat and Embraer regional jet). Hope this helps.

Answer:	Very much. My bag went through a rainstorm and all the utilities inside were dry. Just need to remember to place the zippers to one side, because the little gap when the zippers connect are prone to allowing water in, and if they are to the side of the bag, that lessens the chance of water inside greatly.
Question:	Has anyone put this in the overhead bin on those tiny planes that have one seat on one side of the aisle and two seats on the other? I

Answer:	Yes, it does. At first it was a tight fit - had to be careful closing the zips to not scratch it, but after a few weeks it "gave" a bit and loosened up. Now I can easily drop it in and zip up without worry. Perfect little backpack for my Macbook Pro, and Tardis-like in its ability to hold a lot more than it looks like it should.

Answer:	It would be it would be tight. I just measured. Additionally, about 4" of the upper edge of the laptop would not have padding on one side. Padding does not run entire length & width of a 17" computer.

Answer:	I put this bag in the overhead compartment because it was stuffed to the brim.If you pack it lightly and leave the side pockets empty, it should fit under the seat.The best part about the bag is that it's lightweight and you can roll it down the aisle of the airplane; however, if they reconfigure airline seats once again, all bets are off!

Answer:	It only has one flap and depending on your use you can either tuck the straps or cover the wheels but not both at the same time. Overall its a good product. I like it.

Question:	how long is the pull handle, when fully extended
Answer:	No. High Sierra just responded to me about this very issue and they don't have the replacement wheels for very long. The wheel assembly is one piece so you have to try to drill out the bearings and hope you can find some replacement wheels that fit. Going to try it since the bag is trash without wheels but worried I'll have to just buy a new bag (from somewhere else), which I'm sure is what they hope for...
Question:	will this bag fit the overhead compartment of a small passenger planes like those small connecting flight planes
Answer:	It's quite easy to zip the day pack however zipping it back on when both packs are full is a little challenging. It can be done but of course not as easy as when the day pack is semi-empty. However we love this pack as it not only holds a lot of items but it is super easy to travel with and to have the option of a day pack once we reach our destination is great.
Question:	Is this bag waterproof or water resistant
Answer:	The backpack itself is about 5 ¾" front/ back, 16" tall and 10" left/ right. Hope this helps. I did not include the handle in the measurement.
Question:	Can it fit my 17.3" laptop
Answer:	The daypack must be FLAT if you are flying with British Airlines. They are SUPER strict. Review their policy for bag size and believe me, if your daypack is too full, they will not let you take it inside the cabin. They gave me a lot of grief over it. They eventually let me take my bag on the flight, but it was like pulling teeth. I will never try it again. Various American companies (Alaska, American, Delta), I have never had a problem with, just with British Airlines.
