Answer:	22"H x 17"W x 6"D (or 8"D when expanded). These are approximate, as it is a soft side--you could probably get it out to 9" or more depth if you really packed it in there and put the zippers to work.
Question:	What is the capacity in liters so that I could compare to other bags
Answer:	I'd agree with AL's 50L. I have both this and the Hynes Eagle 40L, and this easily has 25% greater capacity than the Hynes. Fully expanded, it's comparable to a domestic-sized roll-aboard suitcase.
Question:	Can this handle rigorous packing? I tend to pack a lot into little spaces, but don't want something that can't handle it and will rip at the seams
Answer:	It is a nice back pack with neat features. But, it is a $40 backpack. I would consider it a medium duty travel pack, and would not recommend repeated over loading. I have a $300 Gregory pack constructed with rip stop material and zippers that are double the size of the ones on this pack. With that said it is a great backpack for the money!
Question:	Will this bag adhere to flybe carry on requirements
Answer:	My wife and I just returned from a trip to Europe where we flew Norwegian, RyanAir, and Flybe. I used a different bag, while she used this AmazonBasics bag. None of the airlines measured our backpacks and we were able to carry on for all of our flights. Flybe was the tightest in terms of getting the bag in the overhead bin, but it did indeed fit. Just don't over pack, and you will be fine. For Norwegian and RyanAir, we had zero issues getting the bags in the overhead bins.

Answer:	9x14x23" is the smallest underseat space on pretty much any mainline aircraft. Some seats on some regional jets are smaller. Keep in mind if you put a bag that fills up that space, there's no room for your feet under the seat in front of you.
Question:	Do both models (overnight, weekender) come with a shoulder strap
Answer:	I have the weekender and it does come with a detachable shoulder strap in addition to the backpack straps and both the top and side grab handle. I don't own the overnight bag but it appears from the photos that it doesn't have the shoulder strap.

Answer:	Damascus steel is layered steel. Forged with a type of weld and basically smashed together. It's supposed to be stronger. Mine however has already cracked. I do not recommend buying it. Unless you're not planning in actually using it. It is very nice looking just not forged correctly.

Answer:	In the description, it says it’s made of 1095. His other knives are made of D2. I have 2 of his large camp knives which he also calls machetes. They are D2. I bought this GIGANTIC KNIFE/SHORT SWORD. I’ve had it for less than a week. I wiped the excess oil off and a little bit of rust formed on the blade. Just a small line of rust. Some of it came off with my thumbnail. Will have to use a BRILLO PAD to get rest of it off. Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love this thing. But I’ve never had his D2 blades ever get rusty at all!! I’ve had his knives bend while batoning fire wood and right before my eyes they snap back to true. Perfectly straight again!! Excellent heat treatment!! If you buy this short sword keep it well oiled and you may have to go over it with a steel wool pad every once in a while. This might not have happened if he used D2. But I’m absolutely pumped every time I pick it up!!! U will not be disappointed. Unless ur one of those people who has a problem with D2 or 1095. Hope this helps

Answer:	It is designed, specifically, for the Ontario "Sawback" Viet-Nam Era Jungle Machete, which is just about the thickest blade-stock of any and is a "full height" blade with a long, slow taper ... I have had several of these, as well as Tramontina Machetes, of various lengths. .... While the Tramontina Machetes will all, likely, fit inside this sheath, I doubt it would retain them without physical modification. ... It IS soft plastic so you can heat it up and put a bend in it. ... I purchased this sheath to house a much shorter, Ontario 12 inch Econo Machete and my plan was to cut this sheath down, to length and, maybe, glue or tape the end ... Never got around to doing that. ... Another downside is that the attachment device is an old-style ALICE hook, and is fairly useless for serious carry ... I strongly recommend that you look at the CONDOR (Knife and Tool) machetes and their sheathing options (superior gear made in Central America) ...
