At least three variables should be taken into consideration when determining the right starting point, such as the amount of water, the water's temperature, and the duration of time you are going to soak your feet. Your choices on all three will make a considerable difference toward your desired results. I recomend starting with hot water and soak until it cools to body temperature. Initially, the hot water creates sweating and increases blood circulation, which is excellent for detoxifying. Hot bath water also opens your pores and softens your skin. As your bath water cools, it allows the for the absorption of the magnesium and other minerals into your skin, through your pores. Your skin is your largest organ. Your skin will absorb whatever is in your tub's water. That is why you should only soak in USP Grade Epsom salts from a trusted brand and a reputable company.
