Answer:	Yes it does. I can carry my 17inch Toshiba along with my 15 inch and 17inch macaroons. Plus external hard drives and power cords.

Answer:	Yes! I have used this for my carry-on for years and it fits every time. I usually have books, sneakers, clothes, and other things packed in it. Depending on how stuffed it is, it will fit under the seat and absolutely in the overhead bin. Love it!

Answer:	I have bought multiple High Sierra backpacks. We have 4 kids with A and B day schdules and we keep seperate backpacks for each day. They like any backpack give out after normal daily wear and tear of carrying heavy books, constant use to get pens/pencils etc. They held up for three years before we needed to use the warranty. We contacted the manufacturer directly and were sent replacement backpacks with minimal difficulty. I had to take pictures of the damage, find my old amazon reciept and then show that I had destroyed the backpack to get a replacement.
