Answer:	I routinely use it with my S9. No additional hardware needed. Samsung designed it to work well with Samsung devices.

You might need to Google how to use an external drive, but the read/write speeds on this are exceptional (1GB/s), and the USB-C to USB-C cable it comes with is top-notch (as is the USB-C to USB-A cable). Obviously, you're going to want to be vary careful not to move the cables when in-use.

Answer:	Yes, you should be able to use this as an external drive for the PS5 and get full speed on it as long as you plug it into one of the USB 3.2 ports. However, you will still not be able to play PS5 games off of it. You can play PS4 games off of it with improved load times. Per Daniel Bastian's answer regarding the Xbox Series X. You can use the T7 on Series X, but you will not get the full speed. Series X uses USB 3.1 gen 1 ports, which are slower than this SSD. For Series X, you would be better off buying the T5 SSD.

Answer:	Reformatting this external SSD will not do anything to its cache. In any case, the cache is used only during read/write operations, you can’t directly address it as a user and don’t have to think about it at all. You can reformat in APFS for best Mac performance or use any other scheme you need, including multiple partitions each formatted differently.

I have 7 Netvue cameras 1080 resolution and HD sound all with this micro sd card in each of them and it stores all the video footage on them including sound, I'm still able to receive motion detection & human alert detection notifications in the app (without any type of subscription or security service) view the video footage & sound for both notification types from the sd card via the app, as well as pick any part of the video footage timeline 14-30 days (based on activity) stored on the micro Sd card and then view any or all of the video footage right from the SD card via the app. You just have to first format the micro sd card. Very simple if you pop into sd card adapter, insert adaptor into card reader on Windows laptop or pc, open "my computer" once your computer/windows loads, right click on the micro sd card listed in my computer window and select "FORMAT", and you'll see in the little dialogue box that opens will show capacity: 119 GB, File System: exFAT (default) rather than FAT32, and at the bottom you should see a little box that's checked off for "Quick Format" and it should be checked off, and lastly click the FORMAT button. That's it, takes like 2 mins @ most from start to finish if you already have your laptop or PC powered up! And you'll see a confirmation that the Format completed within 30 seconds... Answer:	you need to format the disk, the camera will usually have a command to do that or a PC that accepts SD cards, from a PC or laptop, select the drive that gets assigned to the card, at a DOS prompt, type format x: X=drive letter assigned to the card, my camera had the command in the utilities menu

Answer:	No. Thunderbolt and USB 3.1 are different formats. And if you got an adapter, you would create a bottleneck effect on its performance and end up causing slow access and transfer speeds

Answer:	That depends on what you are referring to. Its usually not difficult to install a new Hdd, Though that depends on your ability to work with Tech. That being said, if the drive fails, it would be replaced, not opened. So, in summery, installing new drive, not difficult. Opening the drive... not possible for most. And not advisable as the chances of success are nearly nil. Good luck
