Answer:	I wouldn't use it on a puppy that young. You do not want the collar to scare them. You want them to like wearing the collar. A puppy should always be watched. Put a long light weight rope with a clip on it on your puppy, and let it drag that around. That way you can always catch the puppy. I wouldn't use the collar until the puppy understands the basic commands of sit, stay, lay down, and come (from a short distance).

Answer:	I would do a clean format of it on the imac first, you can choose exFAT (it will work on both PC and mac) or you can choose Mac OS Extended (HFS+) which is more stable than exFAT, but you will need software on your PC to read/write to the drive. If the PC is your main machine I would just choose exFAT.
