It certainly is not meant to be a gaming computer and was not purchased for that purpose either. It is being used for reading, and light work such as editing word documents and excel spreadsheets. More like a tablet with a keyboard with a little processing power.

Answer:	Yes, it's free and easy to go into the settings and change from Windows 10 S to Windows 10 Home. Once you do, you won't be able to go back to Windows 10 S though - it's a one way street. I bought a bunch of these for my kids to do homework and actually appreciate the S version, but if I were using it as my own machine, I'd want the flexibility of full Windows 10 Home.
